Tucked into the foothills of the Smoky Mountains, Chapel in the Hollow is a tiny outdoor wedding chapel in Seymour, Tennessee, specializing in elopements and micro weddings with up to 35 guests.
We’re close to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Townsend, Sevierville, and Knoxville—but tucked away on private property surrounded by the East Tennessee woods.

Depending on the wedding experience you choose, we can also help with the other pieces of your day, including officiating, photography, videography, event management, decor, and more.

Make It Legal Weddings
Just the two of you. Just get married.
Our simplest option is a 15-minute, couple-only wedding with professional officiating included.
Choose our Highland area or upgrade to the chapel, and add professional photography if you’d like.

Petite Weddings
A tiny wedding with your favorite people.
Want your closest people there without planning a whole micro wedding?
Our Petite Wedding Package gives you 30 minutes at the chapel with up to 10 guests, our classic cream-and-white chapel setup, and professional officiating included.
Photography can also be added.

Signature Micro Weddings
Build your wedding your way.
Our Signature Micro Weddings are our most customizable option.
Choose from 1–3 hours, invite up to 35 guests, select your favorite included chapel fabrics and florals, and add only the services you actually want.
Officiating, photography, videography, and event management are all optional, and approved outside wedding professionals are welcome.

Chapel in the Hollow is an outdoor Smoky Mountain wedding venue surrounded by forest, moss, gardens, a creek, and all kinds of gorgeous little places we’ve cultivated with photography in mind.
Because we’re located on private property, you get that romantic wedding-in-the-woods feeling without dealing with strangers wandering through your ceremony, National Park wedding permits, or wondering where 30 people are going to park.
Depending on the package you choose, you’ll also have options for chapel decor, getting ready in our bridal suite, additional accessories, multiple photography locations, and mountain views.
