Chapel in the Hollow is a quaint, mini Smoky Mountain wedding chapel (great for micro weddings of up to 35 people) and is a family owned and operated business — by Ian and Chastidyi. You will speak with one of us each time you email or call, and we will do our best to make you feel at home in our little slice of heaven. We also have a few great assistants who will often be on site to lend a hand and help things go smoothly.
This sweet little chapel is on a piece of private property near Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge which means you get to enjoy the best part of the Smokies without having to deal with tourists, strangers, permits, or government regulations. This is an outdoor only wedding venue although there is space inside the bridal suite for our brides to change.
What Can We Do For You?
Because this venue is owned by a photographer, the grounds are being cultivated with photography in mind, and you will have tons of gorgeous nooks and crannies to get amazing wedding images. Star Noir Photography (Chastidyi’s photography business) is our in-house photographer so that is the photography we include in our packages. However, you are more than welcome to bring an outside photographer if you prefer (although they will be required to provide a certificate of insurance). To make it an easy one-stop shop, Ian has been ordained by First Nation Ministries, the Universal Life Church, and American Marriage Ministries (in person) so he is our in-house officiant when available, but we have a network of other wonderful officiants if you would like us to bring in a different officiant. As of January 1, 2020, we will be offering videography by Yugen Productions, and Custom Love Gifts, Events, and Prints is our in-house event manager.
