The addition of the officiant, in house photographer, and coordinator depend on availability and are not required to book the venue. If you need more time or are looking for different options, please email, and we will gladly try to accommodate your requests.

When you are ready to book, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable 50% retainer to reserve your date and time with the remainder due 30 days prior to your wedding date. (Full amount is due at time of booking if the wedding is in less than 30 days.) It can all be taken care of online to make it easier for you. We highly recommend the purchase of wedding insurance to cover you in case something happens to derail your wedding day. It’s inexpensive and worth the peace of mind. Once booked, all money paid in is non-refundable, and this is the best way for you to protect your investment should something happen to cause you to need to cancel.
