Fall Country Wedding – Tanya and Mark

Fall Country Wedding

Tanya and Mark – October 27, 2024

Tanya and Mark’s fall country wedding at Chapel in the Hollow was a picturesque celebration, perfectly capturing the essence of autumn in the Smokies.  They chose blush and dusty blue fabric to adorn the chapel, beautifully complemented by our dusty blue and yellow florals, creating a serene and charming backdrop for their special day.
Tanya looked radiant in a sleeveless pink dress with a lovely train, her hair elegantly gathered to one side, adding a touch of romance to her bridal look.  She even decorated her shoes to match her dress, showcasing her attention to detail and personal style. Mark looked sharp in navy dress pants paired with a tan shirt and a pink tie, perfectly matching Tanya’s ensemble.
A truly heartwarming moment was when Tanya was walked down the aisle by her dad and their adorable puppy, adding a unique and sweet touch to their ceremony.  The surrounding trees flaunted their beautiful fall colors, providing a stunning natural backdrop.
After exchanging their vows, the couple and their family gathered for photos, capturing the joy and love of the day. We then took Tanya and Mark to some of the most scenic spots on the property for couple photos—the jeep and the rocky highland area—where the vibrant autumn colors and the rustic charm of the venue shone through.
Congratulations, Tanya and Mark! Your wedding was a beautiful blend of country charm and autumn beauty, making it a day to remember. May your journey together be as colorful and filled with joy as your wedding day!
From the Bride
We met when our niece’s set us up on a blind date. Our first date was quite comical, and I left my car running for 2 hours while dining. We went and looked at rings and found/purchased our favorites that day. We were driving by the restaurant where we met, and he pulled in and asked me to marry him. We decided to get married in East Tennessee because we loved the intimate setting of  Chapel in the Hollow. On our wedding day we look forward to spending time with family and saying “I do”. We are just an older couple that likes to go to dinner and then home to relax.
