Ashlee and Tinessa celebrated their love with a charming fall cottage core wedding at Chapel in the Hollow, where the aura of enchantment was tangible. They transformed the chapel with cream fabric beautifully adorned with our wildflower florals, creating a whimsical backdrop for their union.
The couple infused their wedding with delightful details showcasing bees and moths, enhancing the cottage core theme. Ashlee crocheted a shawl, adding a personal and cozy touch to the day. She looked stunning in a white dress with flutter sleeves and a sweeping long train, while Tinessa was sleek in black dress pants, a dress shirt, and a tie accented with a small chain featuring coffin details, topped off with a wildflower pocket boutonniere.
Ashlee’s mom played a special role in helping her get ready, adding to the warmth of the preparations. Before the ceremony, Ashlee and Tinessa shared a touching first look inside the bridal suite, a moment filled with anticipation and joy.
Walking down the aisle together to the soul-stirring notes of“At Last,” they epitomized a modern fairytale come to life.
Their reception was adorned with a cute pink cake and a table setting that included lush moss details, a moth-designed plate, whimsical“I do” and“me too” forks, and delicious cupcakes, all contributing to the day’s enchantment.
Congratulations, Ashlee and Tinessa! Your wedding was a beautiful testament to your love and creativity, set against the picturesque fall colors of the Smoky Mountains. Here’s to a lifetime of happiness and as much beauty and love as your special day!
From the Bride
We met in high school. Kind of a long story. Our first real “date” was at Speedway and Lights in Bristol. Cold and beautiful and awkward! We were with her family, but it was still wonderful. I proposed on the Fourth of July. I couldn’t get her to stop telling me when and how to propose, so she ruined it earlier that day, but I still did it because I was tired of waiting. The girl loves fireworks, so I took advantage of it.We were born and raised in East Tennessee. It is our home, so it wasn’t a hard choice when we decided where to get maried. We are Appalachian to the core.
The most important part of a wedding is the…marriage, right? So, that’s what I’m most excited for. The commitment and I can answer it for Ashlee as well because I know she’s really looking forward to having those pictures. 111. We are spiritual people and believe in angel numbers so that was one reason we picked this date.
We just…hang out. I am a person who believes that the person you’re supposed to be with will make every moment fun. No matter if you’re just home or traveling. Nothing matters because every moment is beautiful.
