Simple March Micro Wedding – Kaitlin and Brandon

Simple March Micro Wedding
in the Smoky Mountains

Kaitlin and Brandon – March 7, 2026

There’s something incredibly special about a simple March micro wedding in the Smoky Mountains. Spring begins to peek through the trees, the air softens after winter, and the mountains seem to glow with the promise of a new season. Kaitlin and Brandon chose to celebrate their love during this beautiful time of year at Chapel in the Hollow, creating an intimate wedding day filled with family, laughter, and meaningful moments.

Their celebration was the perfect reminder that weddings don’t have to be elaborate to be unforgettable. Sometimes the sweetest celebrations are the simplest — surrounded by the people who matter most and set in a place that feels peaceful and romantic.

A Romantic Spring Setting in the Smoky Mountains

Located in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains in East Tennessee, Chapel in the Hollow offers couples a beautiful outdoor venue surrounded by forest, making it ideal for micro weddings and elopements. Kaitlin and Brandon embraced the natural charm of the space and kept their ceremony décor elegant and understated.

They dressed the chapel in cream fabric paired with blush and marsala florals, creating a soft romantic palette that perfectly complemented the early spring landscape. The combination of warm tones and delicate blooms felt timeless and cozy — exactly the kind of atmosphere couples love when planning a Smoky Mountain micro wedding.

If you’re considering a similar setup, you can explore different ceremony styles and décor options here.

The chapel’s woodland setting means you don’t need a lot of décor to create a magical moment. The surrounding trees, natural light, and peaceful environment do much of the work for you.

A Bride and Groom Who Made Simplicity Beautiful

Kaitlin looked absolutely stunning as she walked down the aisle. She wore a strapless ivory wedding gown featuring a long train and layers of flowing fabric that moved beautifully in the soft March breeze. The dress had an elegant, timeless feel that fit perfectly with the romantic woodland setting.

Brandon looked equally sharp in a classic black suit, bringing a polished and sophisticated touch to the day. Together, they struck the perfect balance between simple elegance and heartfelt celebration.

Their children also played an important role in the day, making this wedding feel like a true family celebration. Their son matched Brandon in his own little black suit, while their daughter looked absolutely adorable in a fluffy white dress that added an extra dose of sweetness to the ceremony.

Moments like these are one of the reasons couples often choose micro weddings in the Smoky Mountains — they allow families to stay close, connected, and present throughout the entire experience.

A Meaningful Walk Down the Aisle

Before the ceremony began, Kaitlin shared special moments with her mom while getting ready. These quiet moments before a wedding often become some of the most treasured memories of the entire day.

When it was time for the ceremony, Kaitlin was escorted down the aisle by both her mom and dad, making the moment even more meaningful. It’s always touching to see couples find ways to include the people who have supported them throughout their lives.

As she approached the altar, Brandon waited with a smile that said everything. The emotion and excitement between them made the moment feel incredibly genuine — the kind of moment that reminds everyone present why weddings are so special.

Their ceremony was intimate and heartfelt, surrounded by their closest family members and the peaceful sounds of the Smoky Mountain woods.

Capturing the Beauty of a March Wedding Day

After the ceremony, we captured family photos at the chapel, taking advantage of the soft spring light filtering through the trees. March weddings in East Tennessee often bring a beautiful blend of warm sunlight and cool mountain air, making it a perfect time for outdoor celebrations.

Once family photos were complete, we snuck Kaitlin and Brandon away for their couple portraits around the property.

We started at the archway, where the forest backdrop framed them beautifully and highlighted the romance of the setting. From there, we wandered to the highland area, one of the most scenic spots on the property.

The warm March light created a soft glow that wrapped around them perfectly, adding a dreamy quality to every photo. The peaceful atmosphere of the Smoky Mountains made it feel like they had the whole world to themselves for those few moments.

Why March Is a Wonderful Time for a Smoky Mountain Micro Wedding

Spring weddings in the Smoky Mountains have a special charm. March offers mild temperatures, beautiful natural lighting, and a sense of renewal that feels perfect for beginning a new chapter together.

Couples who choose a March micro wedding in the Smoky Mountains often enjoy:

  • Comfortable temperatures for outdoor ceremonies

  • Soft natural light for photography

  • A quieter season with more peaceful surroundings

  • The fresh beauty of early spring beginning in the mountains

A Celebration Focused on What Truly Matters

Kaitlin and Brandon’s wedding day was a perfect example of what makes micro weddings so meaningful. Instead of focusing on elaborate details or a large guest list, they centered their day around family, love, and the joy of becoming husband and wife.

Their celebration felt relaxed, authentic, and full of heart — the kind of wedding that reminds everyone present that the little moments are often the ones that matter most.

A warm March afternoon in East Tennessee.
A quiet woodland chapel.
A couple deeply in love.

It was a beautiful beginning to their forever.

From the Bride:

We met with a quick little slide into the DM’s. After going back and forth for quite a while, we finally decided to go to a haunted house on our first date before he left to go out of town to start his new job. The rest was history.

For the proposal, we went on a cave tour. At the end of the tour, he asked to take a picture together. Instead of a picture, his sister was recording and he proposed.

We chose East Tennessee for our March micro wedding because we wanted to have a small, intimate, memorable ceremony with the few that we are closest to and we thoroughly enjoy visiting Tennessee. I’m most looking forward to getting dressed up!

For fun, we enjoy local events and road trips with our kids.

Morning Elopement in the Smoky Mountains – Allison and Derek

Morning Elopement in the Smoky Mountains

Allison and Derek – March 1, 2026

Some weddings feel like they were meant to happen exactly the way they did — peaceful, joyful, and filled with meaningful moments. Allison and Derek’s morning elopement in the Smoky Mountains at Chapel in the Hollow was exactly that kind of day.

Their celebration was simple, heartfelt, and full of faith, laughter, and quiet magic. On a warm March morning in East Tennessee, surrounded by the gentle beauty of the forest, they began their forever together in the most intimate and meaningful way.

A Simple and Elegant Smoky Mountain Elopement

One of the things couples love about planning a Smoky Mountain elopement is the ability to keep things simple and intentional. Allison and Derek embraced that idea fully.

They chose to decorate the chapel with sand and white drapery and opted to skip florals in the ceremony space entirely, creating a timeless and elegant backdrop that let the surrounding woods shine. The neutral palette perfectly complemented the natural tones of the Smoky Mountain landscape.

Allison carried a stunning bouquet from Echelon Florist, featuring soft neutral blooms that added just the right amount of romance to the day without overpowering the minimalist aesthetic.

At Chapel in the Hollow, many couples love blending natural beauty with simple décor. The wooded setting already provides so much atmosphere that sometimes the most elegant choice is to let nature take center stage.

If you’re considering an intimate celebration like this, you can explore the chapel’s micro wedding and elopement options here:
https://chapelinthehollow.com/investment/

A Quiet Moment of Faith Before the Ceremony

Before the ceremony began, Allison and Derek shared one of the most touching moments of the morning.

After arriving at the chapel and taking a few detail photos, the couple stepped in front of the bridal suite together to say a quiet prayer. It was a grounding, heartfelt moment that allowed them to center themselves before exchanging vows.

This type of intentional moment is something we see often with couples choosing morning elopements in the Smoky Mountains. Without the rush or pressure of a large event timeline, couples can slow down and focus on what truly matters — the promises they’re about to make.

Those quiet moments often become some of the most memorable parts of the entire wedding day.

Walking Into Marriage Together

Rather than a traditional processional, Allison and Derek chose to walk down the aisle hand in hand.

This small choice felt incredibly symbolic — two people entering their next chapter together as equals and partners. It was the perfect reflection of their relationship and the relaxed spirit of their elopement.

Allison looked absolutely stunning in a spaghetti strap gown with an illusion back and short train from Lulus. The dress was elegant, modern, and perfectly suited for a forest wedding.

Derek balanced her timeless bridal style with a relaxed country look. Wearing jeans, a tan jacket, and a cowboy hat, he brought just the right amount of Southern charm to their Smoky Mountain wedding day.

Together, they looked effortlessly perfect against the rustic backdrop of the chapel and surrounding woods.

Personal Vows and Meaningful Details

When it came time to exchange vows, Allison and Derek shared personal words they had written themselves.

There’s something incredibly powerful about hearing couples speak their promises in their own voices. Their vows reflected not only their love but also their shared faith and excitement for the future.

Their wedding rings were also filled with meaningful details.

Derek’s ring featured a unique combination of antler, whiskey barrel wood, and copper, creating a rugged design that fit his personality perfectly. Allison’s ring was the opposite in style — a simple, elegant diamond set in gold, timeless and classic.

Together, the rings represented both of them beautifully.

Celebrating With Something Iconic

After they were officially married, Allison and Derek celebrated in a way that perfectly matched their personalities.

They toasted their new marriage with Pappy Van Winkle bourbon, one of the most legendary whiskeys in the world, produced by Old Rip Van Winkle Distillery at Buffalo Trace Distillery.

It was a fun, celebratory moment — and a fitting way to mark the beginning of their life together.

Sometimes the most memorable wedding traditions are the ones couples create themselves.

Morning Portraits in the Smoky Mountains

Morning weddings have a magic all their own, and Allison and Derek’s portraits captured that beautifully.

After the ceremony, we explored several favorite photo locations around the property.

We began with portraits at the chapel and archway, where the soft morning sun filtered through the trees. Then we headed to the highland area, where the couple shared their first dance together in the open air, just the two of them surrounded by nature.

From there we wandered to the road where the mountains peek through the trees, stopping by the vintage Jeep Willys truck for some rustic portraits.

Finally, we ended in the field with mountain views, where the morning light created the most incredible golden backlighting.

Morning light in the Smoky Mountains is something special — soft, warm, and glowing in a way that feels almost cinematic.

From the Bride:

We met on Bumble three years to the day that we’re eloping. The first date was very casual and comfortable. We spend the afternoon together and have spent pretty much every day together since.

Derek proposed. He casually asked me as I was taking a bite of food! I stopped mid-bite and said, “Are you joking?” He was not!

We didn’t want a traditional wedding with lots of people, but we also wanted something more special than a courthouse ceremony. I found Chapel in the Hollow using ChatGPT and it was perfect for us. This very much fits in line with Derek & I! We’ll message everyone after the fact and let them know what we did!

I’m most looking forward to marrying my best friend!

We love to remodel old houses, travel, and spend time with friends!

The Perfect Ending to a Perfect Morning

To wrap up the session, we returned to the steps of the bridal suite for a few final photos.

Derek sat with Allison in his lap, holding his new wife while casually raising the bottle of Pappy Van Winkle. It was playful, relaxed, and completely authentic to who they are as a couple.

A warm March morning in East Tennessee.
A quiet forest chapel.
Two people deeply in love.

It was the perfect way to begin forever.

Getaway Elopement – Chelsy and Isaiah

Smoky Mountain Getaway Elopement

Chelsey and Isaiah – February 27, 2026

A Sweet, Simple Escape to Say “I Do” at Chapel in the Hollow

Sometimes the most meaningful weddings are the quietest ones — just two people, a peaceful place, and the promise of forever. Chelsy and Isaiah’s Smoky Mountain getaway elopement was exactly that: a heartfelt, no-stress celebration where they could focus entirely on each other.

The couple chose Chapel in the Hollow for their intimate elopement in the woods. Nestled in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains, this charming outdoor venue is known for creating relaxed micro weddings surrounded by forest beauty — the perfect place for couples dreaming of an easy, romantic escape.

For Chelsy and Isaiah, this getaway wasn’t just about getting married. It was about stepping away from everyday life for a few peaceful days, reconnecting, and celebrating the love they’ve shared since high school.

A Simple and Elegant Forest Wedding Setting

One of the beautiful things about a Smoky Mountain elopement is how naturally romantic the surroundings are. At Chapel in the Hollow, towering trees, soft woodland light, and the quiet sounds of nature create an atmosphere that feels both magical and calming.

Chelsy and Isaiah kept their ceremony décor clean, minimal, and effortlessly elegant. They dressed the chapel in hunter green and white fabric, skipping florals entirely for a simple, modern look that blended perfectly with the surrounding forest.

The deep green tones echoed the natural Smoky Mountain landscape, while the white fabric added a fresh, classic contrast. The result was a ceremony backdrop that felt intentional yet completely relaxed — exactly the kind of stress-free micro wedding they had envisioned.

Couples looking for a similar experience often choose Chapel in the Hollow because it offers the feeling of a national park ceremony without the complicated permits required for locations like Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

High School Sweethearts Say “I Do”

Chelsy and Isaiah’s love story goes all the way back to high school, making their elopement even more meaningful. After years of growing together and building a life as a family, they decided it was finally time to make things official.

Chelsy looked absolutely radiant walking down the cobblestone aisle toward the man she’s loved since those early days. She wore a long-sleeved illusion-top gown with a graceful medium-length train, a design that felt both romantic and timeless.

Isaiah kept things relaxed and authentic to his style in jeans and a crisp white dress shirt. The combination perfectly reflected the spirit of their day — genuine, comfortable, and focused on love rather than tradition.

As Chelsy walked down the aisle alone, Isaiah’s expression said everything. That quiet moment between them, surrounded by trees and soft mountain air, captured exactly what makes elopements so special.

Heartfelt Vows in the Smoky Mountain Forest

With the forest as their witness, Chelsy and Isaiah exchanged heartfelt vows during an intimate ceremony officiated by Ian Parrott. The peaceful setting allowed them to slow down and truly soak in the significance of the moment.

There were no distractions — just the two of them, the gentle rustle of leaves, and the promise of forever.

Elopements like theirs highlight why many couples are choosing Smoky Mountain micro weddings instead of large traditional celebrations. With fewer moving parts and a relaxed schedule, couples can focus on what matters most: their relationship and the experience of the day itself.

Exploring the Property for Romantic Wedding Photos

After the ceremony, the newlyweds spent time exploring the venue with their photographer from Star Noir Studio, capturing portraits across several of Chapel in the Hollow’s scenic locations.

Their wedding gallery included beautiful moments at:

  • The chapel ceremony space nestled among the trees

  • The rock formations that add a natural Smoky Mountain texture to photos

  • The quiet country road leading to the chapel

  • The open field with mountain views, one of the venue’s most popular photo spots

The cloud cover that afternoon created soft, even lighting — a photographer’s dream. While the weather was cool, it remained comfortable enough for the couple to enjoy every moment outdoors.

The result was a collection of images that perfectly captured the peaceful mood of their getaway elopement.

From the Bride

We met in 8th grade. I walked in the classroom as the new girl and he wanted me to sit by him. I of course did! Well our first date was fun and exciting and he made me laugh and smile so much! Took us out to eat and drove and opened my door and was just the sweetest person. So we actually have had a rocky road and finally we’re doing more amazing than ever and we just both decided we’re getting married and living happily ever after forever together so neither one of us actually proposed.

I told Isaiah I wanted to do my dream wedding in the mountains just us and just enjoying each other. And he didn’t hesitate to agree with me. We are looking forward to just a beautiful ceremony and spending the day with my love and getting amazing photos of the best day of our lives! We were sitting on the couch and talking about it and trying to figure out a date and all of a sudden that date came to mind. I don’t exactly know why but it stuck so that’s what we went with. We love going to find new food places and car shows and go see new places and play wrestle and doing things in the yard.

Dark Smoky Mountain Elopement – Erika and Donnie

Dark Smoky Mountain Elopement

Erika and Donnie – February 26, 2026

A Moody, Intimate Winter Wedding in the Heart of the Smokies

When it comes to planning a Dark Smoky Mountain elopement, few settings feel as naturally romantic and cinematic as Chapel in the Hollow. Tucked away in the forest of East Tennessee, just outside the Great Smoky Mountains, our intimate outdoor micro wedding chapel is designed for couples who crave something deeply personal, beautifully styled, and effortlessly meaningful.

Erika and Donnie’s February elopement embodied all of that and more.

A Moody Winter Vision in the Smoky Mountains

Erika and Donnie chose a dark, bold aesthetic for their Smoky Mountain elopement — and it couldn’t have been more perfect for a warm winter afternoon in East Tennessee.

They dressed the chapel in flowing white fabric paired with our signature blue berry winter florals, creating a soft, frosted contrast against their dramatic attire. The rich berry tones added depth while still embracing the romantic feel of a winter wedding in the Smokies. It was the ideal blend of dark wedding vibes and winter elegance.

If you’re dreaming of a winter elopement in the Smoky Mountains, Chapel in the Hollow offers customizable décor packages that make styling simple and stress-free. You can explore more of our ceremony options and packages here:

A Bride with Bold Style

Erika absolutely stunned in a nude and black gown by Maggie Sottero Designs, sourced from OML Bridal. The contrast of soft nude tones with bold black details perfectly captured the essence of a dark Smoky Mountain elopement.

She wore her hair down for a natural, effortless look and paired her gown with black boots — a subtle nod to mountain practicality while staying completely on theme. Her bouquet, lovingly made by her friend Nelda King, added another layer of personal meaning to the day.

Before the ceremony, Erika gifted Donnie an embroidered handkerchief — a small but incredibly heartfelt gesture that set the emotional tone. Those quiet, meaningful exchanges are what make elopements so powerful. They’re intimate. Intentional. Unforgettable.

A Groom with Classic Mountain Edge

Donnie kept things sleek and timeless in a black suit from Cody James, topped with a black cowboy hat that gave him a rugged Smoky Mountain edge. There was something effortlessly cool about his look — classic but still bold enough to match the dark wedding aesthetic. (And yes, his voice was so reminiscent of Woody Harrelson that it became a running joke throughout the afternoon!)

His ring from Williams Jewelry completed the look with understated sophistication.

Together, Erika and Donnie struck that perfect balance: moody yet warm, bold yet deeply sentimental.

A Ceremony Led by Best Friends

One of the most beautiful parts of this dark Smoky Mountain elopement was how personal it felt. Their best friends stood beside them and officiated the ceremony, creating a moment that felt intimate, relaxed, and full of genuine emotion.

Though Charlie King served as their official officiant, the presence of their closest friends transformed the ceremony into something uniquely theirs.

After they exchanged vows beneath the forest canopy, laughter filled the chapel as they celebrated with their inner circle. Micro weddings at Chapel in the Hollow are designed for exactly this kind of experience — up to 35 guests, surrounded by trees, without the stress of a large traditional wedding.

Smoky Mountain Portraits with a Dark Romance Feel

Following the ceremony, photography by Star Noir Studio captured the magic of the afternoon.

We wandered through some of our favorite on-site portrait locations:

  • The Highlands

  • The wooded roadside

  • By the vintage truck

  • The open field with panoramic mountain views

As the sun dipped lower, the Smoky Mountains showed off in the distance, creating the most incredible backdrop for their couple portraits. The combination of their dark attire against the soft winter landscape made every image feel editorial and cinematic.

If you’re searching for Smoky Mountain elopement photography, our forest venue provides multiple backdrops in one location — no hiking permits required, no complicated logistics, just effortless mountain beauty.

From the Bride

Donnie and I first met in kindergarten in Jacksonville, Florida. We grew up together from kindergarten through ninth grade, sharing classrooms and childhood memories—but we never dated. He was one of the shortest boys in school, and I was the tallest girl, so back then we were simply familiar faces, not a love story. At the end of ninth grade, Donnie and his family moved to a nearby town, and life carried us in different directions. Even so, I often wondered what became of that sweet boy from my childhood. Twenty-five years later, Donnie reappeared when he popped up on Facebook as a suggested friend and sent me a friend request. Our reconnect was casual at first. I was going through a divorce and very much not ready to date—I even joked that men were the devil. Donnie told me to reach out when I was ready. He didn’t wait very long. Not long after, he reached out again and asked if he could cook me dinner. From that moment on, everything felt easy and familiar. Over the next seven and a half years, we became best friends, hunting partners, racing partners, and each other’s constant. And now, here we are—headed to the chapel, exactly where we’re meant to be.

Our first date was Donnie inviting me out to Brooker, Florida. He offered to cook me wings and homemade French fries and said we could just hang out like childhood friends. I remember asking him, “What’s a Brooker?” When I realized I was driving into the middle of nowhere, I dropped a location pin to my best friend—just in case—and told her to come looking for me if she hadn’t heard from me by 11:00 p.m. By 11:00, I texted her back and told her I was good to go. It was easy, comfortable, and exactly what it needed to be—two old friends catching up, laughing, and feeling right at home. Looking back, it was the perfect beginning to everything that followed.

Donnie proposed at Roo Winery in Ellijay, Georgia. While we had talked about marriage for a couple of years, the moment itself was completely unexpected. In a quiet, intimate setting, he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. It was emotional, meaningful, and very much us. The ring was beautiful, but what mattered most was the moment; simple, sincere, and filled with love. We were on our way to East Tennessee for vacation when Donnie proposed, and the area immediately became part of our story. We celebrated our engagement one night at the Dixie Stampede, where Donnie was chosen to represent the South in a very entertaining round of “horseshoes”, complete with toilet seats. The South won, and Donnie announced our engagement to the crowd, which made the night even more unforgettable. We stayed at a friend’s cabin in Sevierville and had one of the most memorable vacations of our lives. Between the mountains, the quiet moments, and the joy we felt being there together, East Tennessee quickly felt like where our next chapter should begin. It felt only right to come back and elope in the place where our engagement turned into something truly special.

We are looking forward to standing together in a quiet, meaningful setting and focusing on what truly matters; our commitment to each other. After a lifetime of experiences, we’re looking forward to a day that’s simple, intentional, and centered on love, gratitude, and beginning our next chapter as husband and wife. The date reflects a season of new beginnings for us. It represents choosing each other with clarity, purpose, and gratitude for the path that brought us here. It feels like the right moment;unrushed, intentional, and exactly when this chapter was meant to begin.

We love doing just about everything together. Some of our favorite moments are sitting by a bonfire, enjoying wine tastings, and having quiet dinners at home. We also love racing, long drives—usually with me dancing in the truck—hunting, fishing, and cooking side by side. Whether we’re out on an adventure or settled in for a calm night at home, we genuinely enjoy each other’s company. For us, the fun is less about what we’re doing and more about doing it together.

Easy Winter Elopement – Maria and Chris

Easy Winter Elopement at Chapel in the Hollow

Maria and Chris – February 22, 2026

Some love stories don’t rush — they grow, deepen, and become even more meaningful with time. Maria and Chris’s easy winter elopement at Chapel in the Hollow was a beautiful reminder that there’s no timeline for love. After 15 years together, they chose a quiet February day in the Smoky Mountains to finally say “I do,” and it was heartfelt, relaxed, and completely them.

An Easy Winter Elopement in the Smoky Mountains

Maria and Chris wanted a wedding day that felt stress-free, intimate, and meaningful — exactly what an easy winter elopement is all about. Nestled in the forests of East Tennessee, Chapel in the Hollow offers couples the magic of a Smoky Mountain setting without the pressure of a large guest list or complicated planning. Winter brings a special kind of calm to the woods, and their day felt peaceful, cozy, and deeply personal.
The chapel was dressed in flowing white fabric paired with blush and bashful florals, creating a soft, romantic backdrop that glowed against the winter landscape. Even on a chilly February afternoon, the space felt warm and inviting — perfect for a couple whose love has stood the test of time.

Effortless Style with Meaningful Details

Maria looked absolutely stunning in a white dress featuring an asymmetrical top and a sheer pearl-edged overlay that caught the light beautifully. Her pearl-covered shoes were a subtle but striking detail, adding elegance without feeling overdone. Chris kept his look relaxed yet polished in jeans and a tan blazer, proving that an elopement doesn’t need formalwear to feel special. His long, well-groomed beard added character and charm — effortlessly Chris.
They arrived together, excited and smiling, ready to soak in every moment. When Maria walked down the aisle by herself, Chris’s reaction said everything. The smile on his face was pure joy — one of those genuine moments that make elopements so powerful.

Personal Vows and a Joy-Filled Ceremony

Their ceremony was intimate and emotional, centered around personal vows that reflected fifteen years of shared memories, growth, and commitment. With no distractions and no pressure, Maria and Chris were able to focus fully on each other — exactly why so many couples choose an easy winter elopement in the Smoky Mountains.
The quiet of the forest, the soft winter light, and the simplicity of the moment made their vows even more meaningful. It wasn’t about a big production — it was about love, presence, and intention.

Winter Portraits with Mountain Views

After the ceremony, we celebrated with photos featuring their adorable pearl-covered cake before heading out for couple portraits around the property. Maria and Chris explored some of Chapel in the Hollow’s most-loved spots: the chapel itself, the archway, the highland area, the winding road, and finally the open field with sweeping mountain views.
Even though the air was cold, their happiness radiated warmth in every photo. Winter elopements have a way of stripping things back to what truly matters — and for Maria and Chris, it was clear that love was at the center of it all.

The Perfect Cozy Ending

After leaving the chapel, Maria and Chris headed to The Raven for dinner — a cozy, romantic way to end their wedding day. A quiet meal together after such an emotional ceremony felt like the perfect closing chapter to their easy winter elopement.
Fifteen years in, and still smiling like that — that’s the good stuff

From the Bride

Chris proposed on 11 Oct 2025. We had agreed from day 1 we would never want to marry again. He changed his mind. We decided to get married in East Tennessee because it’s where we live now. We love it here!!
We like exploring the Appalachian Mountains and surrounding areas. We like to travel. We love doing everything together.
