From the Bride
We’ve known each other since high school, but reconnected 6 years ago. He had recently divorced and I was recently a widow. I worked at the post office and he came in for some made up reason to see me. Haha we hit it off from there. Our first date, we took my SXS out for a ride out on the ridge. We drank a few beers and sang a bunch of songs, and smiled until our faces hurt. Caleb proposed. It was more of a, “You want to pick you out a ring?” kind of thing.
We chose East Tennessee for our wedding because it’s beautiful, and a lot like home but NOT home. We really wanted to get away. We have four kids between us. We just really wanted some alone time and something simple and beautiful. I’m ready to be official in the sight of God. We love to ride and hunt together. We both have dirtbikes and a sxs. We hunt mostly deer and turkey. We treasure our alone time a lot.
