Summer Morning Micro Wedding

Katie and Joe joined us for a summer morning micro wedding. They dressed the chapel in blush and burgundy with our moody florals. Her dad made the cutest face when he saw her. She had on a gorgeous flowy dress with light and puffy sleeves, and he was all decked out in a black suit. These two were oh so adorable together. Congratulations, Katie and Joe!!

From the Bride:

Me and Joe met in high school and started dating in 2014. He just proposed this previous year in 2021 on Christmas Day (our favorite holiday). We are so excited to start this new adventure as husband and wife together. Our first date was so cute and fun. We got dinner at Taco Bell (where Joe was so nervous he spilled his sprite everywhere haha) and saw a movie together and after that we made the movies our favorite date night spot. Joe proposed to me on Christmas morning this past Christmas in 2021. I woke up and he told me he had a gift waiting for me in my room, I walked in didn’t see anything. I walked back out and he was on one knee with a cheesy smile. It was the most simple and sweet proposal and I was so happy with it.

I have lived here my whole life and Joe has lived here the past 14 years. East Tennessee is a perfect place for a wedding due to all the beautiful greenery. We love it so much here and we can’t wait to get married here. I am looking forward to doing a first look with my Dad and him getting to see me in my wedding dress. Me and Joe can’t wait to have our friends and family surrounding us on our special day with support and love and getting to say I do! We love to have sushi date nights and watch our shows.
