Maddie and Evan revisited their vows in a beautifully stress-free vow renewal at Chapel in the Hollow, bringing elegance and serenity to their special day. The chapel was gracefully adorned in white fabric, accented with our pristine white florals and the soft glow of lanterns, creating a classic backdrop for their renewal.
Before the ceremony, Maddie shared a touching first look with her bridesmaids. The moment she revealed her stunning sleeveless gown with a long train and flowing veil, emotions overflowed. Tears welled up as her bridesmaids saw her in full bridal splendor, a poignant reminder of their shared journeys and the deep bonds they cherish.
Maddie’s father had the honor of walking her down the aisle, a moment filled with emotion and beauty. Her mom, carrying their daughter, the adorable flower girl, added a heartwarming touch as they made their way down the aisle together.
The ceremony was blessed by her grandfather, who said a prayer over their union, enveloping the day with a sense of reverence and family heritage. The bridal party added vibrant splashes of color, with six bridesmaids dressed in striking orange, contrasting beautifully against the five groomsmen in classic black suits.
The emotional peak of the ceremony came as Evan read his vows, his voice breaking and tears welling up, openly expressing the depth of his love and commitment. This poignant moment touched everyone present, showcasing the heartfelt sincerity of their bond.
Set in the great outdoors on a warm August day, their vow renewal was not just a declaration of continued love but a celebration of family, elegance, and the timeless journey they share.
Congratulations, Maddie and Evan! Here’s to more years filled with love and happiness, as vibrant and enduring as your ceremony.
From the Bride
We actually met in high school in 2013, however we never started officially dating until 2020 due to friends of friends while in school! However, we did hang out in school from time to time nothing official but still made it work lol! We both thought we’d never speak again until 2020 when we were both single and decided to give it a go! Our first date was awkward in beginning since we never thought we’d actually get together! Then we got pregnant with our little one in 2022 got engaged and married all within that year! This get together at your location is to finally celebrate our marriage union with our close family and friends. However, after we got used to talking it was fun and exciting just like we always pictured it. Evan proposed at my childhood home just between us two, my husband is a more private guy! We decided to have our vow renewal in East Tennessee because family is there. It’s just a beautiful location and holds memories from when I was little and visited the smokies with family! I am most looking forward to getting my dress on and getting pictures done with everyone. Also, reading our vows in front of family since we never got to do that with our actual marriage. There is no special reason we decided on this date since our actual wedding date was October 7th 2022! We enjoy spending time with family and have get togethers at our home!
