Shannon and Kevin – November 13, 2021
November Micro Wedding
Shannon and Kevin joined us today for a November micro wedding. They dressed the chapel in blush and lavender with our blush and marsala florals. Kevin may have shed a tear or two during the ceremony. Shannon made a sweet toast after the ceremony, and they looked so cute surrounded by those fall leaves. Congratulations, Shannon and Kevin!!
From the Bride:
We met online 8 years to the day of the wedding. For the first date, he came to meet me while I was volunteering at the St Pete Ribfest. We talked for 3 hours the first night.
It was my idea to get married, we never planned to marry. I watched how amazing he was with his family and ex wife and he was kind and giving and I thought we should get married. He agreed and then asked me to marry him at Longhorn Steakhouse.
Kevin chose the spot. It had to be a chapel and the location worked for our geographically separated families. We are excited about our adult children finally getting to meet one another and spending time with our friends and family.
We love to try locally owned restaurants, Kevin is a HUGE hockey fan and now I am a fan. We try to travel to see my kids and grandson, anytime our friends travel we try to meet them there.
