New Age Micro Wedding

Merissa and Nick joined us for a new age inspired micro wedding with gorgeous crystals, bright colors, and touches of nature. They dressed the chapel in purple with our moody florals, and she brought a gorgeous oversized bouquet. Her dad got the first look at her, and his face lit up with the biggest smile when he saw his baby girl looking so lovely in her lacy dress. Nick was styling in a gold and black suit jacket, and his best man had a feathered bowtie–so neat! Congratulations, Merissa and Nick!

From the Bride:

We actually met online! I knew I was going to be moving out to Florida soon, so my curiosity got the best of me, and I made an online profile. I then came across Nick’s profile, and we matched. Once I moved to Florida in 2016, we have been inseparable since!

Our first date didn’t go well, so we had a 2nd first date a few months later that was great. We went to a place called Lamberts. They’re famous for throwing rolls. We had lots of great laughs, and I knew then that he was gonna be stuck with me for life 🤣

Nick proposed. He made a tiny treasure chest based off of a video game we play together called Borderlands. He also put lights in it and used that to propose! I wanted to get married somewhere in the woods, and we heard many great things about the area. It’s also close to Nick’s mother and grandmother, and I didn’t want his mom to have to make a long drive with his grandma and her health problems.

I am looking forward to marrying my best friend and having both of our families get to meet one another (Merissa). I’m excited for the experience and to have everyone we love witness us get married (Nick).

Nick is a collector of Power Ranger items. This is how the concept of his wedding band thought of. He loves the green and white ranger, so when I got the ring made, I made sure it represented both of those rangers. For fun, we like to play video games or just eat and watch TV. We found out that we are pregnant! The day we get married I will be 13 weeks! And we are having a girl!
