Morning October Elopement – Amanda and Kerry

Amanda and Kerry – October 28, 2022

Morning October Elopement

Amanda and Kerry joined us for their morning October elopement. They dressed the chapel in white and champagne fabric with our white florals and deluxe pumpkin package. They brought their cute little floofer, Scout, with them to witness the ceremony, and they were all so cute together! Congratulations, Amanda and Kerry!!
From the Brides:
We meet online, in a mutual Facebook group on 12/28/21. Our first date was amazing, we clicked as soon as we first met and spent the whole weekend together getting to know one another on 1/15/22. We lived 450 miles apart but we met and made it work. It was alchemy from the moment we met. Amanda proposed, the day before Valentine’s Day, not even a month after the first night we met in person. I surprised Kerry with a bottle of Tiffany blue champagne, a Tiffany cupcake and a ring from Tiffany that I picked out for her on our second date. I knew she was the one. We decided on an East Tennessee elopement because of the beauty of the area and the solitude. We already feel like we’re married but we’re looking forward to it being “official” and having a sweet, special ceremony just for the two of us. We have busy lives with kids and jobs so we’re looking forward to the time alone together to start the next chapter of our lives together. And of course we’re looking forward to having our dogs participate in our ceremony!
October 28th is 10 months since we met on that date, but really we just wanted to get married around Halloween. We were originally going to get married in January on our 1 year anniversary of our first date but decided to make it sooner. For fun, we like to watch TV, watch scary movies, go out to dinner, play with our dogs and cats, hang out and play board games with our awesome kids, decorate our home, plan trips and adventures… A typical date night is going out to dinner, having lots of laughs, and then come home and cuddle on the couch watching Halloween.
