Autumn Elopement – Nicole and Josh

Nicole and Josh – October 28, 2022

Autumn Elopement

Nicole and Josh joined us for an autumn elopement. They dressed the chapel in white fabric with our blue florals. She looked beautiful in her fluttery white dress, and he was extra swanky. He is big into Star Wars so there were lots of cute Star Wars touches in his outfit. These two were lots of fun! Congratulations, Nicole and Josh!!
From the Bride:
We meet unexpectedly. Josh ignored me for the first hour because he said he didn’t know what to do. He said the moment I walked in he knew he was in trouble, and in love. I almost left early, but I didn’t leave because I felt it too. Being in his presence was like being pulled to a magnet. I had my foot on his chair at the bar next to me just so I could almost touch him. It was unlike anything I’ve ever felt before and it was the same for him. We’ve been inseparable since. I proposed to Josh on a Tennessee dance floor as a joke a few months into our relationship, but I meant it. A few months after that Josh proposed for real while we were having what we call “tubby time” where we drink wine and watch movies in the soaker tub.
The nature, the calmness, the beautiful of fall weather, and the ability for seclusion in the mountains to just enjoy each other helped us to choose East Tennessee for our wedding. We are looking forward to the vows! For fun, we make anything fun. We can stay in and be up until 3:00 am laughing, talking, and just being together. We like good food and fancy beer. We play darts together and hang out in the garage, and Josh always wins but I still love him. We can make fun and a good time out of literally nothing.
