Holiday Mountain Wedding

Megan and Jamie joined us for a holiday mountain wedding. They dressed the chapel in champagne and white fabric with our red berry winter florals. She looked amazing in her boho dress, and he was enchanted. Congratulations, Megan and Jamie!!

From the Bride:

A mutual friend of bride and groom set us up to just talk as friends. We immediately connected, and it felt as if we had known each other for our whole lives. We talked for two weeks before meeting face to face. The first meeting was euphoric. It was only for 5 minutes, and we ran toward each other with open arms and embraced each other with the tightest hug! The groom, Jamie took me to an undisclosed location in the woods by a lake with his friends. He had hired a photographer for “his friends engagement photos” which it was actually to photograph us when ask me to marry him. We decided on an East Tennessee Wedding because the Smoky Mountains is my favorite place in this world! There is something magical in them- peace, beauty, and a place I’ve loved to go since I was a child. I share the love of the mountains with Jamie. So after deciding it was too much to plan a wedding at home, I found just the perfect place- CHAPEL IN THE HOLLOW. I am looking forward to marrying the man of my dreams in the woodsy mountains! Duh.. 😉 but really to just be in the mountains with family sharing a very special time with everyone. For fun, I love to travel! I’ve been to Banff, Canada twice and to Ireland twice along with plenty of other places in the US. I like being on vacation and seeing new places. I can definitely see lots of travel in our future. Jamie likes to go mud riding in his mud truck, and I have found a love for that also. Jamie likes to have surprise date nights, and he does such a good job a choosing.
