East Tennessee Elopements are a fun, stress-free way to celebrate, and we were lucky enough to have Laurie and Derick join us today for theirs. They dressed the chapel in peach fabric with our bohemian fall florals. Laughter is one of my favorite things to hear during a ceremony, and I was tickled to see them giggling during the ceremony. One of his friends drove all the way here to do her hair and makeup for the ceremony, and it looked fantastic. Congratulations, Laurie and Derick!

We met on Tinder! He was my first Tinder date ever ( first date from any dating site, actually), I was very nervous. But the minute we sat down together and started talking, I felt instantly at ease. We bonded over nachos and beer and a shared love for the same music. Derick proposed on our two year anniversary. We both love being outdoors and loved the thought of getting married in the middle of the beautiful woods. We’re both looking forward to seeing each other all glammed up.
