Jordan and Tim October 5, 2019
Jordan and Tim were the second couple to get married here today, and they brought some swagger with them! They did something unique and had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich unity ceremony as part of their wedding which was adorable. The mermaid style lace wedding dress is to die for, and the veil was perfection. Congratulations Jordan and Tim!!
From the bride:
We met at work! I was in a very physically abusive relationship, and Tim was a friend. After my marriage ended, he reached out as a gentleman to let me know he was always willing to listen to me vent. I blew him off for awhile and let him know that I was not in the market for a new relationship… It didn’t work and I fell madly in love with him. He loves my kids “our” kids as if they were his own blood.
Our first date was a “tattoo date”. I was so nervous. I wanted a tattoo of realistic leaves. He said he knew the perfect artist. While we were waiting for the artist to come chat with us I was sooo nervous. When he came to us I ended up SPITTING OUT MY GUM because I was so nervous. Tim will never let me live that one down.
Tim proposed to me on my birthday.. which happens to be one day before his! He got a tattoo… he told me it was a Lion King tattoo. I met him at the tattoo parlor after work. I go to look at the tattoo and on his leg it says “Jordan Ann- this time I am being serious.. will you marry me?” it had two boxes. A yes, and a no. I tattoo’ d the yes box. It also had two lines that said “approved” with my kids’ real signatures. My kids, mom, and best friend were hiding with flowers. It was so special.
We decided on Tennessee because the pictures were so stunning! We knew the date had to be in October! I am obsessed with fall and our birthdays are on October 9th and the 10th! In our down time, we love hanging out with our kids. We are usually taking them to practice or watching them on the baseball or soccer fields!
