Woodsy Same Sex Elopement – Caitlin and Justice

Caitlin and Justice – February 22, 2022

Woodsy Same Sex Elopement

Caitlin and Justice joined us for a woodsy same sex elopement. They dressed the chapel in champagne with our red berry winter florals. Caitlin looked like a boho goddess in her dress, and Justice was oh so adorable in her suit. These ladies worked it for the camera, and we had some gorgeous moody lighting thanks to the rain clouds. Congratulations, Caitlin and Justice!!
From the Brides:
How did we meet? It’s a tale as old as time – we met on Tinder. For our first date, we stayed in and watched The Golden Girls on an air mattress in a floor-to-ceiling blanket fort. We stayed up all night talking and laughing in each other’s arms. Our first date out in the world, we went to the zoo and botanical gardens in Lansing, Michigan.
The first time we said “I love you,” Justice whispered it to me while she thought I was asleep. One morning before work, she woke me up by whispering it again. When I said it back, she said “Then open your eyes and say yes.” I’m still waiting for her ring to be delivered, but we have an inside joke about going to prom together. My plan to propose to her is by throwing a Prom-for -Two at home. Don’t worry, she’s already on board for the wedding! Just waiting for the jewelry to arrive before I give her the proposal she deserves (ssshhhhh…it’s still a surprise!)
We decided on East Tennessee because of the beautiful scenery. We are most looking forward to getting married.
We do nothing – and we love every second of it. We’re homebodies that just love to be around each other. Every night is date night in the living room. We love scary movies, plants, cats, and being together. The longest we’ve spent apart since our first date was four days.
