Jennifer and Ernest gathered their families and friends at Chapel in the Hollow for their beautiful winter wedding in Tennessee, and it was such a magical celebration! They dressed the chapel in cream fabric, paired with our bohemian florals and colorful candle package, creating a cozy, enchanting atmosphere.
Jennifer looked absolutely stunning in her off-the-shoulder white dress with a gorgeous flowy train and a medium-length veil. Her daughter and friend were right by her side, helping her get ready for the big moment. Ernest looked so dashing in his wine-red suit with brown shoes—such a stylish choice!
The ceremony was made even more special by the beautiful music from a cellist playing before and during the processional. Jennifer’s dad walked her down the aisle, and Ernest’s reaction when he saw her was everything—it looked like he teared up just a bit. His eldest son held the rings, and another of his sons had the honor of performing the ceremony.
Jennifer’s emotions came to the surface as she cried during the vows, and it was such a heartfelt, genuine moment. Their bridal party was a unique and wonderful mix—Jennifer’s son, daughter, and best friend, along with Ernest’s seven sons. What a beautiful blending of families!
Jennifer also brought her own bouquet, filled with pampas grass, which added the perfect bohemian touch to her look.
Congratulations to Jennifer and Ernest! Thank you for letting us be a part of your special day—it was filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
From the Bride
This is both of our second marriage. His son actually introduced us. I knew his family but had never met him which was strange looking back. We talked on the phone 3 weeks before meeting he lived 4 hours from me. On our first date we went to a restaurant called Legends and when we met it’s like we had known each other our whole lives just hadn’t seen each other in a while. He told me I’m going to marry you. I want a wife I’m not liking to date with no future. I knew he was the one.
Ernest proposed on his birthday in Chicago in the most romantic place we had a loft over the water and the background noise of the waves and beauty we’re superb. I was wearing one of his grey A shirts he had on one matching. He pulled out the most beautiful ring. He is very extravagant. I’m simple and classic. He was born and raised in South Florida. I was born in Florida raised in TN. I found the chapel online and thought it would be perfect. We were going elope but decided to share the moment with our immediate family. Which is still a pretty large group lol. On our wedding day I am most looking forward to beautiful photos especially some with my father.
We love to paint together. Dress up and go out to a fancy restaurant. We love brunch dates. Honestly anywhere we go we enjoy our time together.
