Tennessee Weddings in February
Most people don’t think of Tennessee weddings in February, but we are so glad that Brooklyn and Brent did! They joined us on a blustery February day all the way from Georgia. They brought a fun group with them to celebrate their big day. 🙂 They chose the navy and burgundy fabric with the blush and marsala florals to decorate the chapel, and they made coordinating bouquets to go with it. It was one of those rainy days other people might consider dreary, but that lighting looked SOOOO good! Congratulations, Brooklyn and Brent!!
From the Bride:
We met in 2011. We hung out for a whole summer of 2012, fell in love, then decided to part ways due to our age difference- Brent being over 18 & Brooklyn being under 18. Fast forward 5 years later in 2017 they started to message each other on social media out of nowhere. Brent asked me on a date, I of course said yes & we haven’t been apart ever since. We couldn’t stop talking & catching up after 5 years! We definitely fell in love all over again that night. I moved in with him within the first few weeks of us reconnecting.
We have been together ever since building our lives together! He proposed September 2020 in Gatlinburg under the waterfall at Grotto Falls. We took our first vacation together August 2017 in Pigeon Forge! It is also where we got engaged on our second trip together September 2020. So we wanted to make our third Pigeon Forge trip our Wedding! I’m most looking forward to MARRYING MY BEST FRIEND! & my dress! I’m absolutely in love with my dress.
We have 5 dogs & 2 cats! They take up a lot of our time. We are a super outdoorsy couple. We hike, fish, camp, kayak, & scuba dive. Summer is out favorite! Our typical date night is Mexican & beer!
