Tennessee Wedding in the Fall
A Tennessee wedding in the fall is a gorgeous wedding option!! Jenn and Darren were our final wedding of the day on November 7th. She put together some cute pumpkin decor and had a gorgeous blush dress. They had two little cuties, and Jenn’s faux bouquet looked fantastic! Congratulations, Jenn and Darren!!
From the Bride:
Darren and I met while playing in an adult softball league. Darren proposed to me during my favorite time of the year, on December 5th. Like any family would during Christmas time we went to look at Christmas lights with our kids. We got out of the car to walk around and look at a display when he proposed in front of a Christmas tree. With an audience of cars honking at us. Of course, I said yes! I was completely caught off guard, wearing sweat pants and a jacket with my hair a mess. Not your typical love story proposal. But I couldn’t imagine it any other way.
We chose East Tennessee because we both love the mountains and Gatlinburg is our favorite destination for a weekend away from home. We have been coming to Gatlinburg since we first met and come back every year at least twice. I couldn’t imagine getting married anywhere other than a place that we both love. I’ve always dreamed of having an intimate wedding with only close friends and family. After doing some research and finding Chapel in The Hollow I instantly fell in love. I mean, how could you not!?
We are huge Buckeye fans! If there is a game on you can count on us watching it! We enjoying getting out and exploring and taking our kids on fun adventures! Any extra time we have we spend with friends and family.
