Spontaneous Micro Wedding – Megan and Matthew

Spontaneous Micro Wedding

Megan and Matthew – May 4, 2024

In a delightful whirlwind of love, Megan and Matthew chose Chapel in the Hollow a week ago for their beautifully intimate spontaneous micro wedding. They dressed the chapel in dusty sage and cream fabric, creating an elegant yet tranquil setting that quickly became my new favorite combination. Paired with our bohemian florals and lantern package, the chapel radiated warmth and natural beauty.
Megan looked stunning in a spaghetti strap dress featuring crystal buttons on an illusion back, layered with textured fabric that flowed gracefully as she walked. Matthew embodied relaxed sophistication in jeans and a brown leather vest, adding a rugged charm to their special day.
Despite the spontaneity of their celebration, they achieved so much in a short time. Megan shared heartfelt first looks with both her son and her dad, each moment filled with love and emotion. All their children and their parents walked down the aisle, symbolizing the unity and joy of blending their families together.
Before her dad walked her down the aisle, Megan arranged for an audio message to play for Matthew, creating a deeply personal touch that set the tone for the ceremony. As they sealed their vows, they celebrated with a bubble exit, filling the air with laughter and joy as they began their new life together.
After family photos and a cake cutting, they took a little extra time for couple photos, surrounded by bubbles at the chapel and the vines, capturing the sweet and loving spirit they share.
Megan and Matthew’s wedding was a beautiful reminder that sometimes the most spontaneous celebrations are the sweetest. As they embark on this new journey together, we wish them endless love and adventures.
Congratulations, Megan and Matthew! May your journey together be as spontaneous and love-filled as your wedding day.
From the Bride:
We met years ago in high school. I had the biggest crush on Matt for YEARS! We reconnected at a gas station, went to dinner that night with our friends at Waffle House, and ended the night at a local bar! We have been inseparable ever since that night! We decided on East Tennessee for the wedding because we wanted something out in the country that was peaceful with no tourists. I’m looking forward to EVERYTHING but most importantly the walk down the aisle with my dad to my forever, Matthew! For fun, we raise babies (4). Date nights are usually dinner and something fun (movie, etc).
