Rainy Fall Wedding
McKynzi and Paul – September 27, 2023
McKynzi and Paul embraced the autumn rain for their special rainy fall wedding at Chapel in the Hollow. Get ready for a tale filled with romance, resilience, and the beauty of a love that shines, rain or shine!
The chapel was adorned in elegant champagne and white, setting the stage for a timeless celebration. But what makes their story truly remarkable is McKynzi’s personal touch—she brought her own florals, aisle decor, and bouquets, adding a touch of DIY charm that made the day uniquely their own.
McKynzi looked absolutely radiant in her sleeveless illusion lace top dress, featuring layers of grace and elegance. Paul, the dashing groom, was the picture of sophistication in a classic black suit, a timeless choice that perfectly complemented the day’s atmosphere.
As the ceremony concluded, the skies opened up, and the gentle rain began to fall. But rather than let it deter them, the couple embraced the moment, with clear umbrellas in hand. The archway provided a picturesque backdrop for their rainy portraits, capturing the romantic essence of the day.
As they ventured to the field for more photos, the rain transformed into a gentle drizzle, creating a magical atmosphere that only nature can provide. With the majestic mountains as their backdrop, McKynzi and Paul danced and laughed in the sprinkles, creating unforgettable memories and breathtaking photos.
McKynzi and Paul’s rainy fall wedding was a testament to their love’s ability to shine through any storm. It was an honor to witness their unwavering spirit and capture the beauty of their day. Cheers to the newlyweds, whose love knows no weather!
From the Bride and Groom:
We met through mutual friends after Paul moved to McKynzi’s hometown for work. For out first date, we went axe throwing and then to dinner. Paul proposed. We recently moved into our new home and he was taking the dog out and yelled for McKynzi to come see what the dog was doing outside, when McKynzi went into the back room Paul was on one knee and proposed.
We decided on an East Tennessee wedding because since we been together we have traveled to Tennessee every year for vacation. It is our favorite spot to take vacations together. We are looking forward to finally being married.
For fun, we like to relax around the house, work on home projects, and just spend time together. We both have very demanding jobs so we just like to share our lives together.
