Karel and David’s outdoor autumn micro wedding at Chapel in the Hollow was truly enchanting! They chose a color palette of champagne and white, adorning the chapel with elegant white florals and setting the mood with our candle and lantern package.

Karel looked absolutely stunning in her lacy long-sleeved dress, complete with a cathedral veil and a fresh white floral bouquet, while David was the picture of sophistication in his navy suit.

The ceremony was filled with heartwarming moments. David’s mom escorted him down the aisle, and Karel’s dad had the honor of walking her down as well. One of the most touching surprises of the day was when David revealed a stuffed monkey that held their wedding rings. This precious keepsake from when they first started dating added an extra layer of sentiment to their special day.

During the ceremony, they performed a glitter (sand) ceremony with their two children, beautifully symbolizing the blending of their families with four different colors of glitter.

And, as if the day couldn’t get any sweeter, they shared private vows to each other at the end of their photo session. Wishing Karel and David a lifetime filled with love, joy, and beautiful moments!

From the Bride:

We worked at the same company. He would say ‘Good morning’ every day. The I left the company and he kept a little stuffed monkey I was about to throw away told me “I’ll keep this on the dash of my truck”. A few month later he found me on social media and sent me a picture of the monkey on his dashboard. Our first date was the traditional ‘movie and dinner’. David proposed. We went to Florida to visit family and he set a trip to a light house and proposed in front of it.

We decided on an East Tennessee wedding because we live here and it is gorgeous. We are looking forward to getting married! For fun, we love game nights, eating out, and laying low at home with the kids.
