Brittiany and Kalei – February 21, 2021
Offbeat Elopement
Brittiany and Kalei joined us for their wonderfully quirky offbeat elopement on February 21, 2021. They chose black and burgundy fabric for the chapel with our blush and marsala florals. It looked super cute with their outfit choices — loved her unique dress!! They were so sweet, and I got to learn a little bit about Hawaiian culture.
From the Bride:
We worked together many years agree and reconnected through Facebook. We had a long distance relation for quite awhile (Minneapolis and Northern Kentucky). After moving to NKY we started spending all of our time together. Everything was closed due to COVID, but we made the best out of our first date. We got takeout and had a romantic picnic. There wasn’t really a proposal. We both had a discussion about the next step in our relationship, unilaterally deciding it was the next step.
Our close friends married at East Tennessee. We thought the views were breathtaking. We are most looking forward to it being just the two of us, sharing an intimate moment in a beautiful environment.
