October Evening Micro Wedding

Ken and Christine – October 6, 2023

Ken and Christine are back with us at Chapel in the Hollow for their enchanting October evening micro wedding! They’ve transformed the chapel into a breathtaking scene, draping it in dreamy blush and white fabric, adorned with our bohemian florals and charming fern wreaths.

Christine looked absolutely radiant in her sleeveless low-cut dress, featuring a short train and a dainty veil. Ken rocked a more casual but equally stylish look with jeans and a brown vest. The day began with a heartwarming first look behind the chapel, where Ken couldn’t hold back his emotions and got a little misty-eyed upon seeing his beautiful bride.

Their special day was filled with love, family, and joy, as they had a whole bunch of children and grandchildren present to share in their happiness. Several of them played important roles in the ceremony, adding to the magic of the day.

Christine’s ring dazzled with blue stones and diamonds, while Ken’s was a unique wooden piece, proudly bearing the emblem of the USMC.

As they embarked on this new chapter of their lives, you could see the excitement and love radiating from their smiles. We’re so grateful to have shared in this beautiful celebration!

From the Bride:

We meet at a gathering at a friends house. Our first date was a small get together with friends. We had fun enjoying our friends company hanging out around the bon fire. Ken proposed at our house.

We decided on an East Tennessee wedding because we both enjoy the mountains and country setting. I am looking forward to spending our special day with family and friends. October 6th, is the anniversary of the day we started dating.

For fun, we enjoy going to the rodeos, traveling together, spending time with the grand babies. In general we truly in enjoy each others company no matter what we are doing.
