Natasha and Ryan’s Romantic Smoky Mountain Elopement

Natasha got in touch with us a week prior to her wedding she and Ryan having decided spur of the moment that they wanted to elope the next weekend. We so enjoyed having them!

From Natasha:

I just wanted a simple wedding with a vintage-modern style in a natural setting. We happen to find Chapel in the Hollow and it was perfect!! We didn’t have an particular wedding decor. We let nature be the setting and it was great! In addition the simple but classy decoration of the chapel were perfect. My favorite parts were that it was intimate and just the two of us. The atmosphere was relaxed.

Ryan and I met at work We have always been friends and just seemed to be drawn to each other. In 2012 we began dating, but unfortunately with life circumstances we have been on and off. Even through life struggles, and not always good choices we have loved one other. It has been such a journey through the years! In April 2017 we decided that we had to be with one another, well cause we couldn’t seem to be anywhere else lol. So in April we began dating with all we got, and on August 11, 2017 he asked me to be his wife. If one thing I know is that love does conquer all 🙂 We often talk about the events leading up to this point and our amazed ourselves.   Ryan proposed with his dog Tank. Tank had a chalkboard sign that asked if I would marry his Papa. It was certainly a surprise and cute! Oh and Tank is a 160+ pound mastiff, if you can picture that!

Most special moment? Just becoming the spouse of the person you love.

Advice for other brides? Make the wedding about each other, and don’t sweat the details.
