Midday Micro Wedding in the Woods

Elizabeth and Kevin braved the gusty winds for a midday micro wedding in the woods. They dressed the chapel in sand and hunter green fabric with our succulent florals, and she had beautiful crystal details. Her grandmother walked her down the aisle. These two were sweet and fun. Congratulations, Elizabeth and Kevin!!

We matched on a dating app and had a very brief few days of conversations before we stopped talking. A few months later on the same day we reached back out to each other and have been attached at the hip since then. It took 3 months for our schedules to line up before our 1st date. We met for lunch at a local restaurant in the small town we are from. The lunch turned into 4 hours where neither of us ate any of the food we ordered and we just connected.

Kevin proposed to Elizabeth during a photography session in June of 2022 for family portraits with her mother and little brother. It was in the Outer Banks, where they shared their first kiss. We then celebrated with dinner at the restaurant they went for their 2nd date. Kevin grew up coming to East Tennessee for vacation with a childhood friend. Elizabeth fell in love with East Tennessee when they took a camping trip a few years ago for her birthday. We decided we wanted to move so we relocated to Knoxville. So we decided it keep a small intimate ceremony with our family in the place we fell in love with.

We are looking forward to getting married obviously, but we are most excited to be able to celebrate and unify our love for each other with family we value most. April 1st is the official day Kevin asked Elizabeth to be his girlfriend exclusively. We decided to get married on our 4 year anniversary. For fun, we enjoy being watching new shows and cooking together! We enjoy taking long drives to who knows where while enjoying a good spooky podcast. A typical date night includes good food and good laughs, which makes every night date night in our home.
