Micro Wedding Venue – Hayley and Tyler

Hayley and Tyler – October 2, 2021

Micro Wedding Venue

We had three absolutely amazing brides today at our little micro wedding venue. Hayley and Tyler were the cutest little couple. They dressed the chapel in champagne fabric and brought some GORGEOUS live florals for the chapel and her bouquet. We had a lot to cover in a short time so, after the ceremony, she asked her guests for one big group photo, and then we got to focus on the two of them. Wait until you see her in this dress — just stunning! Tyler was obviously smitten. Congratulations, Hayley and Tyler!!
From the Bride:
I met Tylers little sister in high school, we were partners in first aid class. Our moms met shortly afterwards at the hospital they both worked at and they soon became friends. Our moms got the idea to play match maker and tried setting us up together. At first neither of us were interested, but the more time we spent around each other the closer we got! Now here we are 🙂
The first date was perfect!! He was so nervous. He took me to our hometown grocery store, Rodhes IGA to pick up some marshmallows, and then we came back home. He took me up to the top of the hill to watch the sunset and then we went to the pond, made some food on the fire, and spent the rest of the night out on the paddleboat looking at the stars. He even brought me some Mike and Ikes! That was the best surprise. It meant a lot that he remembered they were my favorite candy. That was definitely one of the best nights of my life.
Tyler proposed to me on July 1 2020. We had just gotten to his moms house (around sunset) and he had kept bothering me asking to go outside and take a picture with him and I kept asking why he wanted a picture so badly. We walked outside and I said “I wish we were married already” and I turned around and he was down on his knee asking me to marry him. It was perfect!
We are both very shy, and wanted a small ceremony. We also love to travel so this was perfect! I was actually scrolling through Pinterest one day and saw the chapel. The first words I said was I would LOVE to do something like that but thought there was no way there was sill availability. Im so happy there was, this is a dream!
I am most looking forward to spending the day with friends and family in a unique way. But most of all, finally getting to Officially marry my best friend! We really just love to stay at home! We have just bought our first home and it has been such a blessing. We love spending time with family and friends and we also love to be outside.
