Late Spring Wedding
Sierra and Donald joined us for a steamy late spring wedding in the forest. They chose seafoam and navy fabric to decorate the chapel with our white floral option and made their own bouquets to match! The lace on the bouquet came from the dresses of Sierra’s mother and grandmother–such a sweet touch. Sierra looked gorgeous in this long sleeved dress with her lovely curls, and she talked Donald into putting a hat on for a few of the after pictures. Congratulations, Sierra and Donald!!
From the Bride:
Donnie sent me a friend on Facebook. We hit it off! It was at the beginning of COVID. Everything was shut down, so we had to improvise. We went to Lowe’s and got Applebee’s Car Side to Go. It was all very laid back- just like our wedding. Donnie coordinated with my mom for the proposal. They set up a scene in the Bethalto Christmas Walk at the gazebo under the lights. It was quiet and romantic, all except for the cheering neighbors. Both of our families love Tennessee. The scenery is beautiful. It’s a honeymoon and wedding all in one! We are most looking forward to spending the first day of the rest our lives together. We love to go antiquing together. It’s our thing.
