Blissful June Elopement in East Tennessee – Casey and Douglas

Casey and Douglas – June 13, 2023

A Blissful June Elopement in East Tennessee!

Today, we had the absolute pleasure of witnessing the beautiful love story of Casey and Douglas for their blissful June elopement in East Tennessee. Surrounded by the idyllic charm of East Tennessee, they created a day that was filled with joy, elegance, and heartfelt moments. The chapel came alive with their choice of champagne and white fabric, adorned with our exquisite white florals and the soft glow of candles and lanterns. Every detail reflected their sophisticated taste, creating an ambiance that was as romantic as it was enchanting.
Casey looked absolutely radiant in her sleeveless dress, elegantly adorned with a short train that added a touch of timeless grace. She completed her bridal look with a breathtaking cathedral veil. Douglas, equally dashing, was dressed in a sharp black suit that perfectly complemented Casey’s stunning attire.
Although they chose to have an intimate celebration, Casey and Douglas were fortunate to have two close friends join them on this special day. Their presence added an extra layer of love and support, making the occasion even more meaningful.
To indulge their sweet tooth, they opted for delightful cupcakes adorned with rose-shaped tops. It was a charming detail that added a whimsical touch to their celebration. And when it came time for the champagne toast, Douglas couldn’t resist popping the bottle with a splash, symbolizing the effervescence and excitement of their new beginning.
Set in the serene outdoor surroundings, their elopement exuded a breezy and relaxed vibe, perfectly suited for their mature love story. It was a celebration that embraced their unique journey and showcased the depth of their connection.
We feel privileged to have been part of Casey and Douglas’s extraordinary day, capturing the moments that marked the start of their lifetime of shared adventures. May their love continue to grow, and may each day be filled with cherished memories and abundant happiness. Cheers to a love that will stand the test of time!
From the Bride:
We met at an open jam at Hull Avenue Tap in Des Moines, IA. On our first date, we found we had a lot in common with music. Doug proposed to me at a family Labor Day bash. He was eloquent when speaking after getting down on one knee. My uncle had him speak into a microphone that the band was using. I was impressed! We decided on an East Tennessee elopement because we’re going to Bonnaroo, so why not. We are looking forward to getting married and having great pictures and video to bring home to show our families.
For fun, we enjoy live music, and open jams. We have a lot of fun having our 2 people parties at home, dancing and laughing together.
