Intimate Spring Wedding – Cheyene and Austin

Cheyene and Austin – March 16, 2022

Intimate Spring Wedding

Cheyene and Austin joined us for an intimate spring wedding enjoying some gorgeous weather and the first budding leaves of the season. They dressed the chapel in blush and burgundy with the blush and marsala florals. He was classic in a black suit, and she was a vision in an ethereal white dress. Congratulations, Cheyene and Austin!!
From the Bride:
He added me on snapchat back in 2017, and I thought he was the weirdest person. Fast forward to 2019, a friend of mine and I were going to a bar called Pops Saloon, and she had mentioned that some of his friends we knew were also going to be there so I asked her if they would bring him. We spent the whole night dancing and talking, and I knew he was going to be my person.
Our first date was waaaaaay different than other first dates. I had just woken up from a nap with my little girl, and we looked an absolute mess. We were going to a friends house for the night, and he asked me to go eat. I told him we looked crazy and my babygirl was with me, and he still wanted to go eat. So we went to a Mexican restaurant, and Delilah fell in love with him. By the end of the night, Delilah and Austin were slow dancing in the parking lot, and it completely melted my heart.
2020 was a very hard year, for everyone. Especially my family. We lost my great grandmother December 21, 2020 and my grandmother December 25, 2020. Christmas was their favorite time of year, so it was very very hard. We woke up and did our Christmas with Delilah, and then my mom told me the news about my grandmother. It completely wrecked me. I had to get myself together, so we could go to Austin’s family Christmas. The whole time we were there, i just cried and cried. After we had opened all of our gifts, Austin said “ oh wait, you have one more “, he handed me a ring box, and i was instantly in tears again. He asked me to marry him and of course, I said yes.
We chose East Tennessee for our wedding because we both love Gatlinburg! I’m most looking forward to seeing my man in a tux.
We eat more than anything. We love to play with our 5 year old and almost 1 year old. We love riding backroads and listening to music.
