Intimate February Wedding – Missy and Jared

Intimate February Wedding

Missy and Jared – February 14, 2025

Missy and Jared’s intimate February wedding at Chapel in the Hollow was a heartwarming affair, beautifully framed by the Smoky Mountains near Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.  The chapel was elegantly dressed in cream and hunter green fabric, adorned with our succulent florals that added a touch of natural elegance.
Missy was absolutely stunning in a sleeveless dress, elegantly complemented by a chic faux fur shawl, perfect for the chilly morning. Jared looked dapper in jeans paired with a tan jacket, striking the perfect balance between casual and formal.
The ceremony was filled with familial warmth and joy. Missy’s mom and sister helped her prepare for her big day, adding to the emotional depth. Her two boys proudly walked her down the aisle, leading to a heartfelt moment when Jared turned to see her, his smile wide with love and anticipation.
Adding to the sentimental atmosphere, their moms, who have been best friends for years, witnessed the union of their families with immense joy. The light filtering through the chapel’s faux stained glass in the archway cast a serene glow, making the morning even more magical.
After the ceremony, we captured beautiful moments along the road and in the field against the mountain backdrop, embracing the natural beauty of East Tennessee.
Congratulations, Missy and Jared! Your wedding was a beautiful celebration of love and family, perfectly set in the enchanting surroundings of the Smokies. Here’s to a lifetime of happiness together!
From the Bride
Our Moms are best friends and have worked together for close to 30 years. We went to school together, he is just a little older. We ran into each other when I was picking up some furniture from his parents house, and we started talking on social media for months before finally meeting up.  On our first date I went to his cabin to pick up a bench and ended up sitting on the porch for hours talking.
Jared proposed on Valentine’s Day last year, at his cabin. We decided to get married in East Tennessee because we wanted the views and something outside, we both love the mountains! On our wedding day we look forward to just spending the day celebrating our relationship. We chose to get married on Valentine’s Day because that is when he proposed. We are outdoor people. We hunt and fish a lot. We spend a lot of time with our boys and our families.
