Intimate Evening Micro Wedding
Jennifer and Todd – September 23, 2023
It’s a pleasure to share the enchanting story of Jennifer and Todd, who chose the serene backdrop of Chapel in the Hollow for their intimate evening micro wedding, surrounded by their cherished family. Get ready for a tale filled with love, elegance, and heartfelt touches!
The chapel was adorned in timeless white fabric, accentuated by our bohemian florals, creating an atmosphere of pure enchantment. Jennifer, our beautiful bride, radiated charm in a strapless white dress, exuding the glamour of the Roaring Twenties, perfectly paired with her stylish cowboy boots. Todd, the dashing groom, looked sharp in a classic black suit, adding an air of sophistication to their special day.
Their adult daughters stood beside them during the ceremony, dressed in elegant navy dresses, a symbol of the unity of their families. The love and support of their loved ones were palpable, adding depth and warmth to the day.
Amidst the celebration, a delightful cake graced the occasion, adorned with a mountain motif—an exquisite nod to the majestic Smoky Mountains that surrounded them. Jennifer, a sergeant on the police force, added a touch of whimsy with a police flag, her hat, and a pair of cuffs, creating a unique and memorable photo opportunity.
Though their moms couldn’t join them in person, Jennifer and Todd brought a heartfelt reminder of their presence. These thoughtful gestures reflected their deep love for their families and the desire to share this special moment with them in spirit.
Jennifer looked statuesque and elegant, capturing the essence of a bride on her magical day. Todd’s adoration was palpable; he couldn’t keep his eyes (or his hands) off her, a testament to the profound love they share.
Jennifer and Todd’s evening micro wedding was a celebration of love, family, and the joy of being together. It was an honor to be part of their journey, and I’m excited to see the adventures that await this remarkable couple. Cheers to the newlyweds!
From the Bride:
We have known each since grade school. Todd’s best friend and my best friend growing up are brother and sister. Everyone went their separate ways and years later we reconnected at a neighborhood carnival. We went to a winery for dinner and cocktails for our first date.
Todd proposed. Todd took me to Kohler Spa in Kohler, Wisconsin for the day and surprised me by swimming up to me under the waterfall with the ring in hand-thank God he didn’t drop it. We decided on an East Tennessee wedding because we love the outdoors and especially the mountains of Tennessee. We are looking forward to marrying each other with our daughters present. I chose this date so Todd would only have to remember the month(September) seeing as though it is on the 23rd in 2023.
Our idea of fun is going to the gym. We enjoy the country, sitting by the bonfire, and traveling.
