Gatlinburg Weddings
Gatlinburg weddings are some of the most prolific in the nation, and with the gorgeous backdrop of the mountains, I can certainly understand why! On June 6th, we had three weddings to celebrate!! Michaela and Jordon were our first couple to be married that day. They brought their adorable 6 month old puppy, Zelda. These two were a couple after my own heart… Princess Bride fans, zombie aficionados, and they brought me a puppy to pet!! Thankfully, the rain that had been predicted for this weekend seems to have gone away, so we had lovely weather and beautiful light for their morning wedding. Congratulations Michaela and Jordon!!
From the Bride and Groom:
We met online. For the first date, we went to Dave and Busters and watched movies afterwards. Our waitress kept hitting on Michaela the whole night. It was a good time though. Very fun.
Jordon proposed. It was on Christmas morning. Michaela’s mom missed it and screamed in the kitchen asking him to do it again. Because of Coronavirus, we had to change our wedding plans once and would probably have to reschedule again. Jordon and I just wanted to get married. We had planned on going to the Gatlinburg area for our honeymoon and just decided to go early.

Michaela: committing our love in front of family and friends and starting a life together.
Jordon: finally being married.
We play guitar for fun, go to the river, play with our puppy. We go walk around this section of Richmond called Carrytown, check out local cider breweries, go to concerts. We just enjoy each other’s company.
