Forest Micro Wedding

Andrea and Daniel joined us today for a forest micro wedding with their families. They dressed the chapel in white fabric with our blue berry winter florals, and they were the first to use our new lanterns! She looked beautiful in her filmy white dress with it’s crochet sleeves, and he looked very dapper in his navy suit. Their families seemed so excited to be there with them! Congratulations, Andrea and Daniel!!

From the Bride:

We met though Daniels brother (JD) and his wife (Gloria) who is my childhood best friend. We all went out for pizza and really just all hung out as friends. Our first date was a group date with Gloria and JD. We are both shy people. The 4 of us went to monster jam (monster truck show with gravedigger) which was a first for us all. It was super fun to watch and definitely an adrenaline rush to watch.

Daniel proposed to me at Stone Mountain in Georgia. We did all the touristy things there including taking pictures in front of the huge stone mountain with a historical carving in it. It was when I turned around from looking at the view Daniel was on one knee. We both love traveling to the mountains. Every opportunity we get we always vacation in the Smokey’s somewhere. Always great views, fun outdoor activities, and nice people. The state is very beautiful, we both really enjoy being outside and in the woods. We just wanted it to be more of a winter wedding and something different for us.

I’m looking forward to seeing Daniel’s smile when he first sees me in my dress. I’m looking forward to our time at the chapel (it’s just so beautiful and is our dream wedding). Daniel and I both like the outdoors. We really enjoy camping, hiking, fishing, and hunting. We love going to new cities and collecting pressed pennies from pressed penny machines. A typical date night includes a golf cart ride around our property, making a fire and cooking our favorite meal (shrimp pasta).
