Drizzly December Wedding – Logan and Mitch

Logan and Mitch – December 18, 2021

Drizzly December Wedding

Logan and Mitch brought their families to us for a drizzly December wedding with gorgeous overcast lighting. They dressed the chapel in white fabric with our blue berry winter florals, and his mother created the bouquets and boutonnieres that they used. Logan actually found us thanks to one of our previous brides. The feathers on her dress helped to evoke that wintry feel, and she looked amazing!! The rain held off until just before we finished up, thankfully. Congratulations, Logan and Mitch!!!
From the Bride:
I am a teacher and Mitch is a police officer. He came in my school’s office to talk to his friend, Matt. I walked in the office to turn in something and we kind of just locked eyes and felt an instant spark. Before I made it back to my classroom, Mitch had sent me a friend request on Facebook. We did not pursue anything until we starting playing adult coed softball together with a mutual friend we had. The first date was a night filled with talking, dirt road riding, and it was pouring down rain. We talked and laughed for hours and I just knew he was the one for me. Mitch surprised me at my college graduation party with a proposal! We love the mountains and we had a friend that got married at this venue. The thing that I am looking forward to most on our wedding day is Mitch seeing me for the first time walking down the aisle. We will be sharing that intimate moment with our family and friends. The only significance behind the date is that we love Christmas time and we want to share our Anniversary during this time every year! We also never know what we want to get each other for Christmas so now we can make an anniversary trip as our presents! We like to lay around the house with our dogs and cat. We also like spending time with his daughter, Westlyn. Our typical date night is FOOD. We love to eat!
