Evening Smoky Mountain Micro Wedding – Kiara and Andrew

Evening Smoky Mountain Micro Wedding

Kiara and Andrew – October 16, 2025

When you picture an Evening Smoky Mountain micro wedding, you might imagine soft candlelight, emotional vows, and a couple whose love story feels straight out of a movie. That’s exactly what Kiara and Andrew created for their October celebration at Chapel in the Hollow — a day full of romance, laughter, and unforgettable details.

A Forest Ceremony Filled with Heart

Kiara and Andrew wanted a wedding that felt both intimate and cinematic. They chose our chapel tucked away in the East Tennessee woods, dressing it in dusty blue fabric paired with white florals and our signature candle package. As the sun began to sink behind the trees, the glow of flickering candles set the perfect scene for a candlelight ceremony in the Smoky Mountains.
Andrew set the tone with a fun and personal entrance, walking down the aisle to a soccer anthem. Guests laughed and cheered as he made his way to the altar. Moments later, Kiara made her breathtaking entrance to Across the Stars from Star Wars — a detail that gave everyone goosebumps and perfectly showcased their personalities.

The Bride and Groom

Kiara looked like a true Smoky Mountain bride in her stunning gown by Eddy K from Brookes Bridal. With its off-the-shoulder tulle sleeves, corseted bodice, and long layered train, the dress was timeless yet whimsical. A lace-edged veil caught the golden evening light just right, and Kiara paired the look with beaded flats — proving that comfort and elegance can go hand-in-hand. Her mom helped her get ready, and one of the most emotional moments of the day came when she shared a first look with Andrew by the mossy tree behind the chapel. Both of them cried the moment they saw each other — a raw, heartfelt reminder of what this day was all about.
Andrew looked every bit the dashing groom in a black tux from Generation Tux, standing tall as he waited for his bride. Surrounded by their wedding party in sleek black suits, the entire bridal party brought a modern and elegant vibe to the forest setting.

A Ceremony to Remember

From laughter to tears, their ceremony captured the essence of love in the Smoky Mountains. Officiated by Ian Parrott, the vows reflected their personalities and the unique journey that led them to this evening micro wedding. Rings from LL Pavorsky Jewelers and The Rights to Ricky Sanchez added personal and meaningful touches to their union.

Golden Hour Romance

After the “I dos,” Kiara and Andrew posed for family portraits at the chapel before moving into the forest and open field for couple’s photos. The evening light filtered through the trees, while the chapel candles glowed warmly in the background. Her best friend helped with some epic veil toss photos that turned out like something from a movie poster — pure cinematic wedding magic.
As the last golden rays of autumn sunshine dipped behind the Smoky Mountains, the couple twirled, laughed, and soaked in the moment. Kiara’s veil spun through the air, Andrew’s smile never left his face, and every frame captured by Star Noir Studio radiated joy and beauty.

A Smoky Mountain Evening to Remember

With every detail, Kiara and Andrew’s October micro wedding was a reflection of who they are: fun, heartfelt, and a little bit cinematic. From their emotional first look to their playful musical choices, the day was a reminder that small weddings in the Smoky Mountains can be just as grand and meaningful as any large celebration.
If you’re dreaming of your own Smoky Mountain micro wedding, Chapel in the Hollow offers a magical forest setting perfect for intimate ceremonies. From the Bride
We met at work in Dayton Ohio- where we were together for only a few weeks before going long distance for two years. Neither of us are from Ohio. Our first date It… was a passionate game of hide and seek with our coworkers. I’ll leave it at that lol. Andrew proposed ! We did it at Disney world per my request in front of the castle. I dressed as Belle.
We decided to get married in East Tennessee because Andrew’s grandparents are in the area and can’t travel. Plus it’s beautiful! I can’t wait to marry the love of my life! This is our 5 year anniversary! We count from the hide and seek game, which was October 16 2020. For fun we over analyze fantasy football trades.
