Elegant Outdoor Mini Wedding

Sarah and Cory joined us for a dark, elegant outdoor mini wedding. They dressed the chapel with black fabric and our succulent florals. We loved the vibe, and they looked fabulous. Congratulations, Sarah and Cory!!

From the Bride:

We met in high school in cooking class. We had been hanging out as friends for a very long time, so it’s hard to remember a “first” date, but our times together were and are always adventurous and fun. Cory proposed in Tennessee during a vacation. We took our daughter on vacation as her last one as a single child before her baby brother was born. It was a very special week as a family, and on our very last day he proposed to me at the house we were staying in.

Cory and I love traveling to Tennessee. We’ve vacationed to so many different places and the most relaxing place is Tennessee. It’s become our favorite place and when we go it really just recharges and refreshes us. We got engaged in Tennessee, so it just felt right to get married in our favorite place as well. We are looking forward to just finally being able to call each other husband and wife. We’ve been together for 5 years and calling each other fiancé doesn’t feel like a strong enough word for our relationship compared to husband and wife. Also excited to be surrounded by our closest family and being able to photograph this monumental moment with them will be so special because we do not have very many family photos.

For fun, we love spending time with our kids or going on date nights to play frisbee golf, bocce ball, pool, or any other fun we can find. We love to try new things like food and activities together, even if they’re usually unsuccessful, just for the adventure. We also love to vacation, and Cory works hard so that i can be a stay at home mom. We both work hard so we like to play harder. We try to cruise once a year and vacation to Tennessee and other places as well. We absolutely love cruising and talk about it weekly, if not everyday. Our next cruise is in November and will technically be our honeymoon!
