East Tennessee Micro Wedding

Shelby and Will were our second East Tennessee micro wedding of the day. Look at that classic beauty!! They chose to dress the chapel in blush fabric with the blush and marsala florals. Her beautiful bouquet was created by Cupid’s Petals to match. They brought their furbaby, Nugget, to participate in their big day, and he was adorable. Congratulations, Shelby and Will!!

From the Bride:

We met through a mutual friend when we were 13 years old. We were “boyfriend” and “girlfriend”. We parted ways and then starting dating when again in 2019. The first date was at the movies when we were 13 years old. (I am now 22 and he is about to be 24). He was my almost first kiss but I ducked and ran away! Haha He proposed. It was on a random Thursday just like the wedding is. I told him I didn’t want him to do it in front of anyone so it was a very intimate moment between the two of us.

We chose East Tennessee because the mountains hold a special place in my heart. My grandfather took our family there nearly every year until he passed. Now, my mother and I visit often. I am from Northeast Mississippi so it is definitely a bit of a drive. Chapel in the Hollow is a beautiful venue that a couple people from my hometown used for their wedding. I am most looking forward to pictures! I bought extra time just for the pictures. I want to remember the day well and I am very sentimental. We are both very spontaneous so exploring is something we love to do together. Nothing is ever typical for us!
