Brittany and Taylor – July 8, 2021
Cute Outdoor Elopement
Brittany and Taylor joined us for our second wedding on July 8th – a cute outdoor elopement. They dressed the chapel with navy fabric paired with our blue and yellow florals. He looked suave in his blue on blue suit, and her simple lace dress was adorable! Congratulations, Brittany and Taylor!!
From the Bride:
We went to the same high school and reconnected through social media 10 years later. The first night we were going to hang out was Christmas Eve. He was going to pick me up and we were going to hang out with another couple at their house. By the time he made it to my house, it was basically a blizzard. We were snowed in, but the other couple insisted they wanted to hang out and wanted to come get us. After a crazy drive and stop at McDonald’s, we made it to their house and we ended up staying the night.
Taylor proposed completely unplanned, no ring. He even proposed a second time that night to ask if it counted the first time since it was a spur of the moment proposal.
We chose East Tennessee because it is close to home and natural beauty! I am most looking forward to spending the whole day with just each other and marrying my best friend. We love our down time just listening to music and dancing. We camp pretty often and love being outdoors.
