Looking for wedding chapel prices? Look no further. 🙂 Below you will find the basic pricing structure for your Smoky Mountain wedding. The addition of the officiant, in house photographer, and event manager depend on availability and are not required to book the venue. When you are ready to book…

We require a signed contract and a non-refundable 50% retainer to reserve your date and time with the remainder due 30 days prior to your wedding date. (Full amount is due at time of booking if the wedding is in less than 30 days.) It can all be taken care of online to make it easier for you. We highly recommend the purchase of wedding insurance to cover you in case something happens to derail your wedding day. It’s inexpensive and worth the peace of mind. Once booked, all money paid in is non-refundable, and this is the best way for you to protect your investment should something happen to cause you to need to cancel.

venue

In addition to the hours booked, you are allowed on property UP TO 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time. (Please DO NOT arrive more than 30 minutes before your booked time.) This can be used to decorate, get dressed, etc. Venue rental covers the entire time you will be on property for ceremony, photos, reception, etc. The price is different depending on the date you choose.

officiant

Ian is our main in house officiant, but we have a network of amazing officiants that we coordinate with when possible if he is not available. Pricing for officiating is in addition to the venue rental and this will happen during your booked time on property.

photographer

Star Noir Photography is the in-house photographer. We promise 75-100 edited images per hour of photography although most brides end up with quite a bit more--it depends on how well you play for the camera. :) Pricing for photography is in addition to the price of the venue rental, and the time runs concurrently.

event manager

The in-house event manager is Custom Love Gifts, Events, and Prints. To see what comes with your event management package, check out our FAQ page. We recommend booking one more hour of event management than venue rental to allow your event manager on property 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after your scheduled time for setup and cleanup. The prices below have the event manager scheduled for the additional setup and cleanup.

videographer

Videography is offered through Yugen Productions when available. Videography pricing is in addition to venue rental and runs concurrently. The main videography pricing is for a 3+ minute highlight video. The additional $150 is for an add-on full ceremony video. (The highlight video must be purchased to be able to get the full ceremony video.)
