Winter Micro Wedding
Cassidi and Jed – December 28, 2023
In the crisp, serene setting of Chapel in the Hollow, Cassidi and Jed celebrated their love with an intimate winter micro wedding. The chapel, adorned in elegant black fabric, was beautifully contrasted with our moody florals, creating a unique and enchanting atmosphere.
Cassidi brought her charm to the day with a delightful cake and an array of adorable decor for the cake table. Her bridal look was nothing short of spectacular – a stunning white dress featuring a low neckline, poufy tulle sleeves, and a train with layers of glittery tulle. She completed her ensemble with elegant white heels, a striking emerald hair piece, and a chic mid-length veil.
Jed looked dapper in a double-breasted green suit with stylish black trim, perfectly paired with black Doc Martens. His moody floral pocket boutonniere was a fantastic touch that complemented his outfit beautifully.
A sentimental addition to their day was Cassidi carrying a piece of fabric that belonged to her grandma, lovingly given by her mom while they were in the bridal suite. A touching note from Jed, given just before her dad escorted her down the aisle, added to the emotional depth of their ceremony.
Their two children proudly took on the roles of bridesmaid and groomsman, adding to the family-centric celebration.
As the sun began to set, we captured some truly amazing moments, including a magical one with a plane flying overhead as they walked into the sunset.
Cassidi and Jed’s wedding was a beautiful blend of style, emotion, and family, and we were thrilled to be a part of it.
From the Bride:
We met at a live music bar in New Orleans! Both were laughing at the same thing, made eye contact and that was it! Our first date was odd… I thought I was going to be in love with him forever or he was going to be the weirdest person I’ve ever met. Turns out both are true! We instantly clicked. He proposed at Lookout Mountain in Colorado with our children there in the snow! The ring fit like a glove and it was perfect. He picked everything out on his own.
I am looking forward to saying I do’s, then having fun! We love to go eat out at nice restaurants, any outdoor activity, car shows and laugh.
