Rustic Autumn Micro Wedding
Adam and Wendy – October 7, 2023
Adam and Wendy chose the picturesque Chapel in the Hollow for their rustic autumn micro wedding, capturing the essence of rustic charm with a touch of autumn romance.
The chapel was transformed into a cozy haven using delightful peach and sand fabrics, beautifully complemented by our enchanting bohemian fall florals and the warm glow of lanterns.
Their wedding party was truly unique, blending their families seamlessly. Wendy’s daughter and son, along with Adam’s two sons, proudly stood by their side as bridesmaids and groomsmen. It was a touching celebration of love, unity, and family bonds.
Wendy graced the occasion in an exquisite spaghetti strap white dress, featuring a graceful floor-length tulle skirt. Adam embraced the fall theme with jeans and a stylish burnt orange dress shirt. Their burnt orange accents added a cozy and inviting touch to the decor.
Wendy’s creative talents shone through as she played the dual role of florist and baker, crafting stunning bouquets and a cake that left everyone in awe. The cake, adorned with elegant gold accents and a vintage truck topper, added a whimsical charm to their special day.
One of the day’s highlights was capturing cherished moments at our iconic Jeep Willis truck. Wendy’s excitement was palpable, and her fancy cowboy boots were the perfect addition to her charming bridal ensemble.
Congratulations to the delightful couple, Adam and Wendy, on their heartwarming autumn micro wedding!
From the Bride:
We grew up in the same small Ohio village and officially met when he worked at the pool. He says he saw me and thought I “was the cutest thing ever“ and I had a huge crush on him and used to watch him walk up my street from my bedroom window. We went out briefly in High School, then went our separate ways. He stayed in Ohio and I moved to Knoxville. 3 decades later, we decided to try again. For our first date, we were teenagers and went to a Clint Eastwood movie. The second time around, long conversations with music and beer. Adam proposed while we were just hanging out at my house watching a movie.
Typical date night is movies on the couch or playing games.
