Midday Spring Micro Wedding – Rachel and Eric

Rachel and Eric – April 21, 2023

Midday Spring Micro Wedding

Rachel and Eric joined us for a midday spring micro wedding. They dressed the chapel in hunter green and white with our succulent florals. She was gorgeous in her strapless dress, and he couldn’t keep his eyes off of her. Congratulations, Rachel and Eric!!
From the Bride
We met through his younger brother whom I actually went to high school with. I would say that our first date was pretty relaxed. I felt like our conversation just flowed and it was like we had known each other forever. Eric proposed to me on a hike in Helen, Ga! We made it to the end of a 2-mile hike and to some waterfalls and that’s when he popped the question. We decided on an East Tennessee wedding because, we both love the mountains and we both wanted to do something smaller and more intimate. I did some research and came across Chapel in the Hollow and loved the way the chapel looked. I am looking the most forward to the experience of marrying the man of my dreams and sharing the experience with the closest people in our lives! He has an 8-year old son named Weston and we have two Weimaraner dogs at home that we love so much! We enjoy riding the four-wheeler together. Walking our dogs together and doing DIY projects around our house! We also enjoy snacking and watching tv when there is anytime left in the day.
