Shelly and Jake – November 19, 2022
Fall East Tennessee Elopement
Shelly and Jake joined us for our first fall East Tennessee elopement of the day. They dressed the chapel in blush fabric with no florals, and she brought a cute bouquet made of sola wood florals. She was adorable in her spaghetti strap dress, and he looked great in his jeans and vest. Congratulations, Shelly and Jake!
From the Bride:
We met on bumble and talked back & forth for over a month and became good friends. Jake cancelled on me the first three dates due to work and his kids. Then finally met me and he instantly fell in love. Lol Jake proposed. We had a picnic at Cox Hall Gardens in front of the frog pond where he proposed with a sign made by the kids that said “Will you marry me”. We chose East Tennessee because we wanted something in the nature and preferred the mountains. It was also very affordable which is what ultimately made us go with the venue. I’m most looking forward to marrying my best friend. We live a very busy life. We like to go out and try new things. From food to duck pin bowling, hiking various locations, fowling, axe throwing, pottery, glass blowing & traveling.
