December Wedding

Brittany and Ben were fashionably late for our second December wedding of the day. Even so, they ended the day married and full of fun memories and photos! Memories like Brittany’s uncle walking her down the aisle and how Ben got emotional as they shared vows. Brittany was a vision in her classic lacy dress. Ben was casual in a blue blazer and jeans, with a backward hat. The classic dress and casual blazer worked really well for this sweet couple and I can’t wait to edit these pictures!

From the Bride:

Ben and I met twice. The first time was after a friend’s wedding in a dive bar, and he is a hugger, so when we met he hugged me. The second time I was working at Southern Devil Harley Davidson, and he and a friend of his came in to get him a birthday present. The ladies that I was working with told me to “go after him!” and I did, I sent him a message on Facebook.

The first date was great, it felt like we had known each other for years. At the time he traveled for work but after we started dating he would drive 3-4 hours home just to spend an hour or two with me, he made it a point to show me he was in it, and it still means the absolute world to me.

Ben proposed to me the night we had dinner with family and friends for my 30th birthday. Nothing elaborate, it was just sweet. At our home and he made me search the house for it after nagging him. He didn’t know how to propose, whether to plan out some elaborate plan, or just simply with just us. It was perfect.

With our families being so large it would’ve been too much, too overwhelming, and we wanted something quaint and simple yet beautiful. So we took to searching the web. First, we were going to elope, and my mom, sister and aunt weren’t having that so we found a sweet little venue to host our closest family and friends.

We are most looking forward to taking in the moment – the bliss. We share the love of riding side by sides, going to motorcycle trips, camping, eating, and spending time with loved ones.
