TN Wedding

Kailin and Ben brought their families to us for our first TN wedding yesterday. She was gorgeous in her 2 layer dress from David’s Bridal. They chose to dress the chapel in blue and champagne fabric with our blue and yellow florals — a new combination that looks great! Congratulations, Kailin and Ben!!

From the Bride:

We first worked together at Dairy Queen next to Purdue University. Over time we developed a friendship, and developed our own geeky relation in the games we played, and other shared intrests. Over time Ben became an important support and true friend, until our relationship grew into more.

We were both dancing around the idea of actually taking our relationship to the next level. We were great friends, but didn’t want to risk what we had. Finally, a mutual friend- Sweedenburg- pushed us to go out on a date. It was full of nervous, and a wonderfully exciting energy. We ended up going to O’Charley’s and enjoying a free pie that night. It was cheesy, awkward, and I wouldn’t want it any other way.

Tennessee is a beautiful place. We wanted somewhere we both enjoy the scenery, and it is a good central location for our families. Kailin has family in Florida and Indiana, while Ben has family in Indiana and Illinois.

We love to spend time with our pets. Our three dogs: Lithium, Neon, and Valentine. Our two cats: Zen and Zink, and of course our tortoise Kojo. We love hanging out with friends and gaming. We especially enjoy playing World of Warcraft and Heros of the Storm. Date nights at Digby’s in Lafayette, and hiking with our dogs.
