Tennessee Mountain Elopement – Kayla and Ben

Kayla and Ben joined us for a Tennessee mountain elopement after the rains left on March 28th. They are our favorite type of couple — laid back and fun!! She looked SO gorgeous in a dress she got from Etsy with her hair and makeup perfectly executed by Southern Sirens. They chose the white fabric and white florals for a clean, classy look which set off the blush tone of her dress beautifully. Congratulations, Kayla and Ben!!

From the Bride:

Well… Ben and I met 8 years ago Thanksgiving weekend, but did know of each other in High School. Ben took me on our first date shortly after we first met. We went to Applebee’s for his brothers birthday! haha! I met his family on our first date and went to a move afterward. We were both so nervous!

Soon after college graduation we moved in together and started our life together. In 2014 Ben proposed and were married 7/11/15, we welcomed our son, Finn, in September and a year later our daughter Palmer joined us. Life happened, and Ben and I lost each other in the mix of working full time and adjusting with two young children. Our marriage suffered. We divorced in February 2020, but true love is everlasting. We reconciled in Fall 2020 and put each other first for the very first time. We are more in love than we have ever been and are excited to be husband and wife again and have our family united as one.

We chose Tennessee because we went on a trip to there before we were married (the first time) and had the best time ever. We just love Tennessee and both dreamed of living there one day.
