Spring Fairy Cottage Core Wedding
We fell in love with cottage core and decided to build a whole wedding around this concept, incorporating elements of nature and rustic charm for a Spring Fairy Cottage Core Wedding. The result was a stunningly beautiful wedding shoot that felt like it was straight out of an old-fashioned fairy tale. We used natural fabrics, delicate floral patterns, and vintage-inspired accessories to create an enchanted atmosphere for our bride and groom. Our goal was to capture the essence of cottage core while still creating something timelessly romantic that feels like spring. The outcome was simply magical!
We ordered some florals, but they weren’t quite up to snuff so we recreated them with soft peaches and whites, bold reds, and tiny pops of blue and purple to have a romantic, whimsical feel. Our model, Liv, was perfect for this with her bold hair color and stylish makeup. She even added adorable paper florals to her look to give it that extra special fantasy touch.
We found rings with mushroom details along with a gorgeous mushroom necklace. This softly feminine dress from JessaKae was perfect with its embroidered florals, and we found a matching bowtie on amazon. Our groom was wearing a linen shirt, grey pants, and a wool vest from Ireland. Custom Love put together some adorable tea favors to bring in some of the cottage core herby vibes and some lovely invitations. There were hints of butterflies hidden in various spots including the model’s tattoos. The cake was a gorgeous confection as delicious as it was pretty.
