Simple Tennessee Micro Wedding
Emily and Keithie joined us today for some gorgeous fall weather and a simple Tennessee micro wedding. They dressed the chapel in champagne fabric with our new burgundy, gold, black, and mauve florals. She looked stunning in her dress, and he teared up a little during the vows. These two make the most adorable couple!! Congratulations, Emily and Keithie!!
From the Bride:
We went to school together. We have the same birthday, so I always remember us thinking it was the coolest thing ever. We were “boyfriend and girlfriend” in our 6th grade year and of course I was too scared to even talk to him. He says he’s loved me ever since.
The first date was nerve-racking! I was so nervous that I was shaking. We both lived/worked out of our hometown at the time, so we never could find a good time to go. I think it was around 3 months later when we finally got to go to dinner and the movies. We had so much fun that we ended up staying out until 5:00 that morning and he has been my best friend since.
Keithie proposed on our birthday. He is the cheesiest of the cheeses. He had talked to my parents beforehand so they knew he was going to propose, but I think he shocked everyone. We went out to eat with my parents and my niece and when he went to get down on one knee I thought he was falling.

It’s so hard to choose what I’m most excited for because I’m excited for all of it. If I had to choose it would be being able to celebrate our love with both of our families together. And….honestly, getting it over with!!
